From a seated position, have your arms at your sides. Allow your breath to be natural and your eyes softly looking at the ground a short distance ahead of you. Inhale. Raise your arms upwards, bringing the palms of your hands toward each other. Now, lowering one arm down to your side, tapping the outside of your leg or chair when it gets there. Bring that same arm back up.
Now, repeat this motion on the other side, continuing the movement at your own pace. And continue the movement a few more times per side.

Slow your movement, and place your hands on your legs. Take a final full breath in and out.
