Everybody is thanking Dan for “giving Lester advice”. It’s terrific Dan came to look but really Lester didn’t need advice, he needed support from someone. He was not being stubborn. He did the planning, the execution of the work, and followed through. Dan never had him change anything he’d done so far. It’s wonderful to know Lester was on the right track. I wish people would just enjoy the videos and not go real life contacting y’all. Personally I feel like that’s overstepping. Lester’s a big boy and knows how to call if he needs help, and he did.

Dan, Thanks for setting the record straight !!. Now everyone can relax. The one thing I have learned over the years from watching Lester is if there is, a will, there's a way and he will figure it out. With a bad shoulder or knee, he will still finish it. All of the Marrow family have a great work ethic, and you can tell if you all watch Paw Paw and G. Great family that sticks together in good and bad. I'm sure Lester appreciated the feedback from his Brother.
Thank you Dan for letting people know that Lester has a great plan. When Lester called it a cattle guard people get out of joint. It’s a bridge built out of wood & concrete.

Thanks Dan for giving Lester your support. I did suggest that he should consult you because you do roads and bridges for a living and he was taking a beating for the way he was doing it. No we were not all worried. Lester's plan has always been spot on. It's terrible that people contacted Dan as if Lester was a kid doing a school project

Aw Dan. That was nice of you to come out at his request and support that he knows what he’s doing and what he is building is perfect. I have had faith in Lester that he knows what hes doing. Everybody that follows him should know him by now. But your stamp of approval meant alot to him. He values your opinion. That was an awsome brotherly pat on the back.
Glad Dan and Lou came out to what was happening. The dogs and cats made their selves at home in the middle of everything. Trixie even sat down on the dirt pile just to be there.

Your reaction when you first saw the giant hole tells me that Lester had played this MASSIVE issue way down! It’s taken TOO MUCH time and money for Lester to take the chance of getting it wrong so THANK YOU for providing the expertise to enable him to make the strongest bridge possible. We couldn’t bare to watch him have to go through this again!

So pleased you went over to LHL and cast an expert eye over Lester's build before they come with the concrete, agree with you on the stone on the damn wall, bigger stones (or even rocks or concrete) are the way to go much less likely to be washed away during heavy rains.

I commented today that it looks a lot better than I originally pictured in my head. And said it wasn’t going anywhere in Lester’s lifetime, maybe Lex’s but not Lester’s. More than likely it will last Lex’s lifetime too. 👍🏽

Like I've always said...you guys are all always there for each other when you need one another, and that's what family is supposed to do. All families have our problems and disagreements etc, but when push comes to shove, you're there to support or help. Never lose that. I love to see it, and love watching all of you. I was an excavator operator for years, and that's what we did was put in Culver's, and I'll tell you I think he's doing an amazing job, and to be doing it by himself really an amazing job🥰🥰

I think you took a huge load and burden off of Lester's mind and that is so crucial for anyone's mental health! I could tell that your approval meant the world to him as did your suggestions for small tweaks he could make! Also Dan, way to offer your thoughts in what seemed to be a non-intimidating or condescending manner! That is sometimes hard for people to do, so, you are to be highly commended! Thank you, Dan, for loving Lester enough to come out to LHL's and lend your advice and support on this huge project he has undertaken, primarily by himself except for the trackhoe work! It has taken so much out of him and in one visit you did so much to build him back up emotionally, to the point where he feels like jumping back into all the remaining heavy physical labor that he still has to do and with a renewed vigor and sense of belief in himself! I came over from LHL and I am so glad you did this video! I was more worried about the bulkhead than I was all that treated lumber! Something everyone forgets is that it won't be wet 24/7. Thank you for encouraging Lester, he was beginning to doubt himself and I felt horrible for him.
