Help us Revitalize Downtown Corona - The Circle 

Not fewer driving lanes!! That wouldn't be an improvement. Wider sidewalks is a fine idea, but not necessary, being as how the sidewalks aren't overflowing with people trying to get by each other. The new city park sounds good, but the current one's problem is that it is inhabited by homeless folk, so that problem wouldn't change with any upgrades. Corona went downhill when the people in charge of such things began having no respect for Corona's true value. Its rich history and Historical relevance are truly reasons to be proud of Corona. When the majority of the citrus groves were razed for NO VALID REASON then just left on the ground dead for YEARS as a reminder that it was for no valid reason was a sickening slap in the face to anyone who loves Corona, fruit or both. Then, they had the nerve to leave the official City Seal as it was -with the image of citrus fruit on it. Appalling. So are they aware of the city's History, and value it enough to include a nod to it on the Seal, or do they think oranges are just something the city used to grow quite a lot of, but that can be ended - no big deal if some opportunity to rake in revenue presents itself? And oh well, too bad it didn't pan out after destroying several hundred tons of fruit trees?!! 😡

So they're going to make the 1 of 2 91 freeway bypasses in the city smaller? Railroad/auto center already gets backed up enough as it is, now you're going to funnel all the cars that use 6th there too?
