Pretty uneventful to say the least. I have tried everything I could think of. Awaiting Chem-X to email back to see what they can do if anything. If you have a low flow machine like me, this may not be the purchase for you. I will keep everyone updated as I figure out if I can increase the foam, otherwise I'll be stuck with a 300 dollar paperweight.

Currently waiting to hear back from Chem X. They have reached out to Suttner to see if there is any solution to get better foam.

Need a machine that can put out 2gpm minimum. My ST-160 puts out thick foam.

Hey Martin, great HONEST video man. I wasnt blown away however, if I were a mobile guy I WOULD find value in this. Simply because I would NOT have to worry about diluting soaps in my cannon. Also, like you mentioned, a higher volume and psi would improve that Foam. All in all, I truely feel this system has its place. I appreciate Your HONESTY brother. Take care !

Thanks Doug. Honesty is all I've got to offer. I'm gonna search and search and see if there is a solution here, a more restrictive foaming tip possibly. Definitely would save time. I might save up for a 15 amp electric washer with 2 gpm, should get better from there hopefully! Take care.

@Detail It not manufactured by dramm, but yes. Shut off valve. Never have to go back to thr spigot.

I'm tellin you guys (as someone who's experience is primarily in waterjet cutting , an adjacent industry, that's dealt with MTM, mosmatic, and Suttner) and Suttner will also tell you, the solution is to hopefully find a good deal on a gas unit with more pressure and more flow. If you want to make sure before you invest a ton more money yourself, go out and rent the meanest pressure washer you can find at your preferred local big box store

There absolutely is. Suttner make a 1.1 nozzle the same with the mtm. Change both the foaming nozzle and the chemical injector one

I think chem x does not have a smaller diameter, as most of his customers do not have such pressure washers. So you might have to wait a long time... Or find it elsewhere...

This might sound crazy, but hear me out. Instead of the silencer tip, just hook your regular foam cannon directly to the hose as usual...but without the bottle. And maybe seal off the pickup tube. That way you'll get the premixed solution coming through the correct size orifice. Of course it'll look stupid and will make you wonder why you bought that in the first place, but I bet it'll work.

Martin, did you see that griots sells a foam cannon that will draw straight soap without mixing water... its an entire cannon kit but you can just buy the tips and fit it on your existing foam lance. im sure the chem x one is a more industrial unit but the cost is much higher as well

@Bel Lavoro Auto Spa its the boss foam cannon that has auto mix... but like i said they have where you can just buy the tips for 6 bucks... Benji did a review on it on his channel .. detailing breakdown

@Bel Lavoro Auto Spa i think that's what they would say.. I'll buy the tips and let you know... if you buy their system, they have bottles that thread onto the cannon.. but its the tip that does the mixing... meaning pour straight soap into the cannon bottle... put the tip on the hose and go... watch Benjis vid... im not saying im 100% right on this but im going to try it... It's finally getting warmer here in Chicagoland.... Anyway, I appreciate your videos

Update last month was that Suttner just got a shipping container in. So they are waiting for them to send the smaller orifice so they an ship it to me.

Suds and Go got the same results and he’s using a Kranzle. I think this system needs at least a 3-4gpm pressure washer to work as we were hoping. This is great for washing them big rigs or trailers. I’m using the Griots purple metering tip on a cheap foam cannon and it’s working great. I use Adam’s Mega Foam 100% and it’s lasting me a long time. 👍🏽👍🏽

I have a 3gpm. Same problem my suttner has a dial ratio metering valve and still has issues. I may try a Lafferty foam tip also my suttner tip doglegs. Doesn’t spray straight

I was using the smallest one and tried changing it a few times. Made no difference.

@@BelLavoroAutoSpa ohhh ok. And your soap is straight raw and not diluted? For my setup was built for 4.0gpm at 4000psi on the sheet running 1:100metering. Any machine below those specs my unit doesn’t perform. I had to research the chart carefully before ordering.

Yep straight soap. Just not enough GPM out of this machine.

Not everyone has a setup like Chem-X, so this won't work as we see on his channel I feel

Yea need at least 3 gpm for this beast. Waiting for a back ordered orifice. He said he's gonna do some tests himself as well and see if their is a solution. So we will see.

I also bought this. Its total crap. I waste so much soap. Pressure dropped when hooked up to the pressure washer. This wasn’t built for low pressure machines. They should stop marketing this as compatible with for low pressure machines.

I saw your video on it and yeaq, very sad. Check out my update, they sent me a smaller orifice size, much better foam, still not foam cannon like but not useless crap like you see here. With your kranzle it might do even better. Have chatted with Bob from chem x about it. He plans on buying a handful of consumer electric pressure washers and playing around with them to see if he can come up with a better solution. Honestly they told me after seeing this if I didnt like the smaller orifice they would refund me. Very upstanding company!

@@BelLavoroAutoSpa totally agree. Great company but they shouldn’t be marketing this for low pressure machines. That’s my big gripe. They know this Isn’t working well for a lot of folks.

@@SpotlessWaterGuy Honestly I just don't think they knew at all, since their market is truckers using gas pressure washers. They were just going off the info given to them. Hopefully they figure out a solution and make the changes, but at least we put the info out there.

@@BelLavoroAutoSpa understood but now that they know they need to update their site and inform future customers. The claim that this saves soap is flat out not true. I was wasting an unbelievable amount of soap. Every time I let go of the trigger it caused another soap draw in the line. anyways thanks for the good info. Onward and upward as they say.
