Yup as someone mentioned in the comments I experienced the same issue. I run a Kranzle 1322ts. Just wanted to say thank you to Chem X who reached out to me today and offered to help. That kind of service just doesn’t exist anymore. Hoping the new foamer will work better. Regardless I will buy again from Chem X because of their customer service.
Addressing the obvious on consumption....early in he showed the full length of the draw hose and there's like 7 feet. That's a lot of volume there. I think it used only ounces when you put the remaining liquid back in. Great stuff man. I'm a customer and a fan
Thanks for the feature Bob. My thoughts on the soap draw.... since the pressure drops so much, I think the machine ups the GPM and draw rate as it's pushing more water through at lower pressure, vs lower GPM at the higher pressure. Looking forward to hearing from you all!
i watched this video when it came out and wasn't suprised with the results. i just alot of the mobile guys like to use a small machine because of how power they draw. bel lavoro did a good job on the video. watched a couple from his channel and subscribed. i get alot better foam from my system but use the real deal kit with the 7.5hp motor.
Sorry i just saw your question, u need to adjust the flow from the suction tube and also a screen at the end of the gun, Chem-X is on the right track, just needs a little bit more adjustment@@muchachogrande2019 i can beat the PF22 foam at 70psi with 2gpm flow. So pressure is not an issue, u just have to play with it. HOpe Chem-x had this sorted out if not i'll help you guys out.
I’ve had the same problem with a valved injector I have on a over pumped under powered unit I built as a kid because the motor can’t run the rated 2400 6gpm I end up at 1900 5gpm after the initial pressure spike and drop I think it causes the Machine to pull small amounts of soap when the high pressure tip is on and a larger volume of soap than intended when when you have the foaming nozzle on I haven’t got to try it yet but I bought some lower gpm tips to try to force the pressure back up and lower the flow threw the pump so it doesn’t siphon out of the bottle when it shouldn’t or as fast when intended I think the pressure is both my problem and possibly the problem here
Sup Bob. So based on this video, would it not be a good idea to use the “Silencer” setup with a smaller machine (1500 psi @ 2gpm) if you want good thick foam?
Yeah on these small machines you need a much smaller orffice I believe mine is ether 1.1 or 1.25 in a 1.2 gpm green works. In fact obsessed garage has to get smaller orffice for there foam cannons the 2.5 is to big for our little machines.
Not sure why would you not invest in a good pressure washer pushing out at least 2 gpm before investing twice as much in accessories,like let’s put Ferrari wheels on a Chevy bolt ?!
