I have lived for many years in Helsingborg, Sweden. We are now entering the Northern Harbor with our boat and will stay here for two nights.
Helsingborg is situated on the west coast, in the southern part of Sweden. It has approximately 100.000 inhabitants.
At the moment Helsingborg has an international event called H22. Three themes are guiding the H22 journey towards a sustainable future and urban development, improving quality of life, and reinventing city governance. They want to create the road to fossil free society. Innovation on how to make a journey towards zero waste. The people in Helsingborg should feel less lonely and also focus on more integration.
Close to the harbor you can walk along the seaside and on the other side of the water you will find Denmark and Helsingör.
The Ocean Harbor is a totally new part of the city where new houses are built. This area should combine life quality with long term sustainability.
In the city center you will find Kullagatan, where you can enjoy shopping, take a coffee or have a nice dinner.
Helsingborg is according to my opinion, one of the most beautiful city in Sweden. You have the city center close to water, harbor, beaches and living areas.
