Had an ultra sound for kidney stones/blood in urine, blood in urine has stopped, but test discovered 1 cyst in kidney, 1 in liver, and small pelvic free fluid? sounds bad, Am I dying?

1:20 container analogy, sharp not geometric smooth 3:23 relevant anatomy (pouch, gutter) 3:46 Normal 6:50 if echogenic wall (white) surrnds all around , its probably fluid in organ (not free fluid)
