See now god just be having too much jokes because this just ain’t right 🥴 pregnancy is quite the experience 😮‍💨 these definitely made the experience go from 9.5 /10 to a 9/10 😅 jeez , but I’ll give the coconut oil a try , and add some more bananas to my diet. I had them early in my second trimester but then they went away , nooo one told me they would come back 10 times worse at the end of my third trimester 🤦🏾‍♀️ Thank you for the information in this video, much appreciated 💖

Thanks for asking! I would ask your healthcare provider about hemorrhoid cream like Medication H and Tucks pads. These can be found over-the-counter and are safe for use during pregnancy. They can assist with pain relief and swelling. I hope you feel better!

Thanks for asking! I am unable to say for sure if an herbal hemorrhoid spray is ok. Herbal remedies are not FDA regulated in our country and therefore have no studies to evaluate their safety risks. I try to avoid them unless I can find a study on their use during pregnancy. Feel better!

I never had hemorrhoids before but now I'm pregnant I had it. Sometimes gone and then now I'm 5 mo's preggy, it came back. It's not painful but I'm just worried whenever I used toilet because it bother me especially squat position. Will it be gone after I'll give birth? I didn't take any treatment or whatever.

Thanks for asking! I'm sorry to hear this is happening. Preparation H is a well known cream. Additionally, you can use with hazel pads on the outside. Also, try to sit using a pillow. They sell special donut pillows if you like. I hope you feel better. Good luck!

Thanks for asking. Yes, you need to be seen by a healthcare provider. There are a couple things that could be happening. When tissue passes at 7 months pregnant, that could be your mucous plug. The mucus plug sits in the cervix and protects the uterus from the outside world. It can come out when a woman starts dilating which means you could be going into preterm labor. Any time a woman has pain when using the bathroom, it should be investigated. If you are having pain when urinating, it could be a UTI which needs to be treated with antibiotics. If you are having pain when having a bowel movement, it could be constipation. Too much straining can make hemorrhoids worse and can place pressure on the cervix, so constipation also needs to be treated. Good luck!

@@abulkhayer2069 Yes. If it is a UTI or constipation, they will most likely prescribe a medication for you to take. If it is preterm labor, it depends on if you are having contractions. If you are not having contractions but are dilating, they will probably place you on bed rest.

Hi 26 weeks pregnant had incision and drainage to remove thromboses externals. However 2.5 weeks later still itches like crazy and unable to walk because of the friction much. Use prep h cream and pads. What do you recommend at this point?

Thanks for asking! Yes, you do not have to have a cesarean section because you have external hemorrhoids. Vaginal delivery is a totally fine and in fact normal option. I am now of my 5 months pregnancy and has thrombosed hemorrhoids. My OB-gyn prescribed me with "Faktu" ointment "Daflon"to drink 3 times a day and a "stool softener". Are those prescriptions safe for my baby doc?

Thanks for asking! Unfortunately Faktu ointment and Daflon are not used in the U.S. therefore I cannot comment on their safety. We use a stool softener colace which is safe for use during pregnancy. We also use Tucks pads topically which are cotton pads infused with witch hazel that help with swelling and pain. If you are concerned, speak with your provider to find out exactly what these medications are doing and why it needs to be treated. For example, they are decreasing the swelling of a vein that the provider is worried will break and bleed causing the need for a preterm delivery. After that discussion, you should hopefully be able to make an informed decision. Good luck!

@@torrecampsvibes1430 Thanks for asking! Many women are able to have normal vaginal deliveries with hemorrhoids. You may need a cesarean section if you have developed an infection from the hemorrhoids, if you have an anal fissure, or if you are experiencing heavy bleeding from the hemorrhoids

Thanks for asking! I am so sorry to hear this is happening. You need to see your healthcare provider as soon as possible so they can evaluate you. If you are constipated, taking something like colace, which is a stool softener, may help. If you are very backed up, your provider may want you to take a laxative for a few days. Never take a laxative when pregnant without your provider's approval because if it stimulates you too much, it can cause contractions. In the meantime, drink lots of water. Start eating foods full of fiber like vegetables and fruits. Avoid foods that constipate like rice and bananas. Finally, take a 10 minute walk 4 times per day of you can. Walking helps the bowels move. If you see bleeding or the pain gets worse, call your provider or go to the emergency room. Good luck!

Thanks for asking! It could be hemorrhoids but it could also be inflammation caused by the diarrhea. I would talk with your healthcare provider about the diarrhea as that can be a sign of infection or labor. Feel better!

Thanks for asking. Yes it absolutely is possible. The pushing may make the hemorrhoids worse for a few days but they should start to shrink soon after. Hi.. Doctor....you provided very nice information about haemoorides.... I am 38 week week pregnant. This is my 1st pregnancy.. I suddenly devople external harmooride... before this i was performing kegal exercise, sauat exercise and yogas for my normal delivery.... should i quit these exercises... because my haemooride feel worsen after doing swuat exercises and yogas especially. Thanks for asking! You can have a normal delivery with hemorrhoids. If the hemorrhoids are actively bleeding, infected, or have caused an anal fissure, vaginal delivery needs to be evaluated. The pushing associated with vaginal delivery has been known to cause hemorrhoids, so your healthcare provider will want to discuss the risks with you. In the meantime there are hemorrhoid creams and pads that can be used to help reduce inflammation and shrink them. These are safe for use during pregnancy, so ask your provider about them. @@marielgaspar2921 Now I am 7 months pregnant. The doctor told me to drink lots of water and apples. So you can relax your hemorrhoids without having a hard bowel movement. You can remove hemorrhoids after delivery. By God's grace I have normal bowel movements and hemorrhoids are at rest.

Thanks for commenting! You need to get checked out right away. It is not normal to have blood in your stool without a known cause. It could be an internal hemorrhoid that is bleeding. It can also be a sign of an infection or an ulcer. Please contact your healthcare provider and let them know what is going on. Good luck!

Thanks for asking! You definitely want to contact your healthcare provider. They need to perform an ultrasound to look at the placenta. It's also possible the pain and tissue is coming from a UTI which can cause preterm labor. As for a normal delivery, it depends on how low the placenta is and if moves higher up. Placentas can move throughout the pregnancy. The placenta's position should be monitored via ultrasound. Good luck. I'm sending you love and light and healing thoughts.

Thanks for asking! Hemorrhoids don't affect your baby. Unfortunately, they can be very painful. Ask your doctor about using Tucks pads. These are infused with witch hazel and can help with the swelling and pain. They are safe for use during pregnancy. Additionally, make sure you are using the bathroom every day and not getting constipated. Straining to have a bowel movement against the hemorrhoids can make them worse and is very painful. Be sure to drink plenty of water and eat a diet high in fiber. Ask your healthcare provider if you can use Colace which is a stool softener that can help with constipation.
