I wanted to highly recommend if you can, getting some menstrual pads, wetting them, freezing them, then wearing throughout the day for your hemmoroids. It helped me massively. If you think about it warm water would provide relief but would also dialate blood vessels, causing the hemmoroid to expand. Cold compress such as this constricts blood vessels and calms down the area which promotes healing!!! Also prune juice is your best friend 😁

I just had surgery to remove mine because it was a blood clot. Ladies please take care of yourself and drink tons of water, use stool softeners . I’m on the 3rd week of post surgery and lying here on an Icepack. It’s been really bad. Try to avoid surgery if you don’t have to have it.

I was in pain for 6 weeks. It took forever to heal because I am exclusively breastfeeding and I was sitting on it a million times a day to feed my baby. My doctor prescribed my a suppository called sheriproct and it’s amazing. I also used ice and sat in ice cold salt water to reduce the inflammation. Get well soon

Meee😭I’ve never had them before until now that I’m pregnant and omg it hurts so bad. I use lube and eat prunes but it still hurts and I’m so scared to go to the bathroom as well

I think my doctor is right just wait for little while she told me and now I feel better now. Also when I was in pain she prescribed docusate and it helps too good thing I didn’t take them long because I don’t like taking too much medication besides my vitamins.

@@dam_molly444 I know how you feel but mine I feel it after I gave birth which is vaginal delivery just do everything you can cause that’s what I did anything is help. Drink a lot of water. Do some sitz bath also. Keep drinking prune juice too.

No one told me about hemorrhoids! It was awful! 9 weeks postpartum and every now and then I get a little bothersome down there. Postpartum recovery is tough! Lol pregnancy and labor is a breeze! It’s the postpartum that’s soooo challenging lol thank you for all this information! I love your honesty!

@@meghanarudra96 make sure the guava leaves are rinsed. Then bring to a boil ( about 7 leaves for 1 dipper). Let it cool down a for a bit and use it to wash your perineum.

This is my favorite video on hemorrhoids 😂😂😩 because this is exactly how I talk about it 🤷🏽‍♀️ and people are like clutching their pearls 🤣 I just had surgery because I was at level 4 and I could’ve bought stock in all the products I was using on the regular. I had my first hemorrhoids after giving birth of my first son. It got worse that I did surgery to remove it. After a year, i'm having it again and went to see doctor. But due to my current pregnancy, my doctor can just say good luck, we can't do anything because you are pregnant. Now i'm waiting for another 15 days, until i'm gving birth for this second baby and i can't wait to remove my hemorrhoid. It's not annoying, it's freaking painful 😭😭

Keep a bottle of apple cider vinegar in the fridge, use a cotton pad and apply someome of the vinegar to it. Let the pad stay placed on the area for say a minute. Use as needed. It is very helpful I've found. 🙏

Lol you're hilarious! Girrrrl, I wish I would've known about this after giving birth... it was the worst! It was so painful! I also experienced random spasms down there even months after, it made my whole body weak & I felt like I was going to collapse. It was awful. My baby weighed 9lbs & I pushed for about 2 1/2 hours, but I did it! 💪🏼

Make paste with equal Parts Epsom saltand vegetable glycerin.after doing a sitz bath, drying and wiping with a witch hazel pad,apply small amount of paste. So soothing. Made my painful hemorrhoid much better in no time. Sitz bath is a must and helps pain as 2011 and remember what happened Well is he up some salt paste. Make sure to put some Epsom salts in the sitz bath or regular bath. bath

I’m not pregnant and never had kids. I just got my 1st one and 😩. I’m in so much discomfort. Just left the ER because I was freaking out, the pain and itch was so unbearable. Definitely don’t want to experience this again.

Do try crushing 1 clove of garlic,put it in the bucket,boil some water atleast 1L.put it in the bucket with garling.put hole on bucket cover,sit and steam atleast 10mins.the itc will disappeare,u will see swollen area,but it will disappear in an hour

Thank you so much for this video, it was very helpful! TTC for a first baby and am worried about them getting worse, especially from pushing during labor. I wish you talked a tiny bit more (statistically) on how common they are even for people who have never been pregnant. They are so common yet there's still so much stigma and awkward judgement for it, it makes me so mad. They just happen!

I was told by my doctor that most women experience at least a mild case after childbirth. Sometimes they go away and sometimes they don't. And some are inside the rectum and some are in the outside. Good hot baths with some Epsom salts and essential oils are the best and of course make sure you're not constipated.

Always check with your doctor first but a well known home remedy in our culture is taking/eating turmeric. We also do turmeric sitz bath. Fresh turmeric is better but if not powder works as well.

I got one at the very end of pregnancy and still have it 18 months later and am currently pregnant. It’s literally never caused me any pain or any symptoms at all really. It’s just there. It’s so weird lol

This was right in time. I thought I was going through this and my doctor didn’t even seem concerned. Didn’t try to see if I’m fact that’s what it was or give me any ideas on how to get relief. I had to self diagnose luckily that wasn’t what I had.

I had the softest poop when I was doing carnivore diet. The poop was so soft and shapeless. It's so interesting coz there was no fiber at all. but everyone talks about increasing fiber intake to get soft poop. When add fiber into my diet I get more solid poop with shape idk if it makes sense.

U may want to see ur MD or urgent care. I experienced the same thing. The MD suggested I sitz soak 4x per day. I use the little bowl that rests on ur toilet and 2 handfuls of plain epsom salt in warm water. I changed my diet to primarily vegetarian. I applied 1% Hydrocortisone 3x per day. I was also prescribed a suppository that I just could not insert so I placed it at my opening 2x per day. In less than a week, I feel almost back to normal. Also, a natural MD suggested over the counter Diosmin to help with the bleeding.

Omg!! Just got some tucks witch hazel from cvs im 4 days pp and definitely got hemorrhoids, clean one and pat dry place a tuck pad inside my butthole and wow immediate relief i was able to walk better too. thankyou!!!! Says to keep on for only 15 mins though. So gonna take it off in a few but definitely felt some relief.

Hi Sarah I'm a guy and I am in my 60's and have never had this happen to me till just recently and it has gotten smaller and not so inflamed anymore but it's like a small type of bump still down there and was wanting to ask the question if it will eventually go back to normal. I know the causes of it and in my case it was straining when I had a bowel movement and it happened at first it wasn't that big but the next morning when waking up I could tell that it had swollen, but that has been about 2 weeks now and no pain but it it is still there and alot smaller but it seems like it's harder. To sum this up, will it eventually go completely away? but before I close I want to say that I thought your video was very informative and helpful and very detailed thank you! So, much.

Pushing them back is the first advice I got from all the doctors. I spent most of my days with my finger sticking up my butthole when I had bad hemorrhoids. 😅 Leaving those inflamed tissues squeezed by the butthole muscles definitely would worsen the swelling no matter how much witch hazel you apply.

Phenylephrine is often used as a decongestant. It makes your blood vessels constrict and you should not take it during pregnancy. Topically is probably not so bad, because less ends up in your blood, but as a decongestant they actually give you pseudoephedrine, which you need an ID to buy, before phenylephrine...

I actually had a bad reaction to the phenylephrine in preparation h. For two days it made me sweat terribly and have hot flashes. It’s rare .. but it made me miserable I wouldn’t chance it .. I had no idea that crap was even in PH.

I bought preparation h ointment and tucks witch hazel pads I’ve used both at different times but I was wondering if I can use both at the same time?? Can I put the ointment on first and then a witch hazel pad right over it? This pain is no joke I can’t sit down right and I’m 36 weeks pregnant 😭

OMG I really needed this was just thinking of asking on the women family group about hemorrhoids as they are getting annoying 36weeks plus Haven't seen any bleeding and I've had it since last pregnancy mid way 2019 N still around in this pregnancy I was only pregnancy free for 8 weeks in the middle n didn't get the time to recover It's difficult and uncomfortable after being constipated, after washing down there I use coconut oil n that also really help

However, I was not prepared for postpartum and I spent 6 weeks of my postpartum in excruciating pain from hemorrhoids, I didn’t do anything about them for 2 weeks then they got worse and I started to get proactive with healing them

the hemmirhouds came from pain meds given me for pain during delivery aft baby came pain med were the culprit now i know the pressure of birthing baby is 1st cause but the meds from any surgery has cause impactions not constipation impactions of the bowel waste is lethal i recommend the ppl get the truth consipation is bad impactions can be deadly Thank God for JESUS AMEN

About 3 years ago I got my first hemmorrhoid, I took Collinsonia root tablets that I found on amazon, within 3 days the pain and discomfort was gone !! the bulge did get smaller, it has always been there but not painful till recently😢 I am about 9 weeks pregnant and it flared up again only this time I dont think I can take the tablets as it is a natural herb / root and nowhere online does it say it is safe, even postpartum😭 Sarah have you heard of these tablets? it is by a company called standard process and actually Dr Berg here on youtube is where I found out about it ladies if you are no longer pregnant or no longer breast-feeding I highly suggest you try it like I said, my pain was gone within three days !!!! edit: I started reading reviews on amazon and some breastfeeding moms HAVE taken it ! again im 9 weeks pregnant so still unsure if I should take it

Thank you for the video, also Vitamin E Oil food grade, some people use the oil caps as an enema 3 times a day but I use a cotton ball.. Also make sure you're getting fiber but not too much, slowly add through food, flax seed, or Metamucil.

Please help I have had it for over 6 months now and it will not go away. I'm not in any pain but I can feel it still there and my boyfriend visited for the first time since Covid started and I had to lie and say I'm on my period because I didn't want him to see. I'm afraid I need surgery

So I just found out yesterday about possible hemorrhoids postpartum. So I am 1 week and 3 days post partum and yesterday and today I've had 2 bowel movements and yes it felt like I was pushing out a knife and there was bleeding. Otherwise I don't have other symptoms except for when I sneeze or have some type of forceful activity it's a little sore but not excessively.

Try dandelion tea( helps with digestion), when laying down, lay on left side.. apply coconut oil after using restroom

Never been pregnant but I have one I’m sure. The ITCHING is driving me MAD CRAZY ! But there’s no pain at all. After a week of just dealing w it I started using preparation H lico. And it’s not as BAD but still itches sometimes. And still not pain and it’s almost a week now of it so I’m hoping by next week it’ll be gone. But if it’s not should I go to the doctor ??? Like there’s no pain it’s just the itching tho so what do I do ??????? So uncomfortable!

Can external hemorrhoids go in and out of the butthole? I’ve noticed everytime I put a suppository in it goes inside of me just to later come back out and idk if that’s normal and I’m scared it’s something else (I’m not pregnant nor did I have a baby)
