Yeah, but there is no reason for it... Could just do jump cuts and make it so he didn't have to read off sheet to the side of the camera. Regardless the equipment is really cool!
@@winstonzeb2842 there could totally be a reason for it, though. Not saying there actually is, but it's not unheard of. Professional video editing is not the cheapest thing in the world, after all.
I am blown away by this machine. Cheers to all who made this happen. We need to grow this industry, pun intended. The $$$ is using those raw materials, and creating a brand new industry or product, nobody else has.
This looks great! We would love to chat about this machine and its potential for scaling quickly while pairing with paper pulping machinery. Our Mission is to dramatically reduce America's CO2 emissions by replacing trees, Portland Cement, petrochemicals, cotton, and coal-based products with the highest quality processed hemp, and this machine seems to be a good fit for that Mission.
@@spiritzweispirit1st638 Way to go my fellow Canuck! Using our brains and hard work can be used to sell things to the World, which helps our Economy, and at the same time helps other Cultures as well, So, Good On Ya!!! On another note for the world, I would suggest you could substitute for the word "Hemp" and put in "the Bible"! Everything we need, is already here, in situ, in abundance, however we can't say that about our wisdom! Good Luck with your Career! Cheers!
Finally a Hemp video with comments on... This is a great video, simple to the point with no fakery. William Randolph Hearst must be rolling in his grave. How many acres per hour can this Decorticator HempTrain process? How many acres does it take to feed this amazing machine full time?
Thank you for your interest. Depending on the yield per acre and annual hours of operation, a HempTrain can service up to 5000 acres annually. For more information please visit our website: canadiangreenfield.com/hemptrain
Impressive equipment .I have seen hemp being carded in a textile mill in North East Scotland .The mill mostly spun Flax and Jute yarn and closed in 1997 .
Wow, That's a clearly superior product! I need to learn more about hemp products, and especially building products such as lumber and sheathing to build a new home, Thank You C.G.T. ,
@@solrek100 No kidding, he made the whole floor layout U-shaped to conserve space, and he invented all those machines in the U-shape to get every last bit of material out of a bail !!! I get the feeling he's a real brain, Imagine if we gave him the Nasa budget for just picking up old rocks, he's probably solve the world housing crisis!!! LOL.
An AWESOME Canadian Homegrown Venture with Canadian CAPITAL AND CANADIAN INNOVATION, FROM ALBERTA NO LESS Other Canadian Initiatives should include Textiles and Composite Build Materials. I am ever so grateful to be in this Contry and lived to see this happeniong right now and any way i can participate and CAPITALIZE on this transformative technology,..Well,..I'm all in
A year later, I'm just now seeing this and wondering if the connection to the new hempcrete building blocks is already in place. I would LOVE to see us reclaim unprofitable farm land here in Minnesota and I could put one of these on little 5-acre parcels where hemp growers could share it to process their harvests for sale and maybe even connect to those markets from there if we could get on a train line (repurpose an old cattle line maybe).
Howdy! I'm working with a team on a industrial hemp startup and saw your comment. I was wondering if you would like to exchange info and maybe collaborate and brainstorm ideals? I really like your ideal about farmers sharing a hemp train near an old cattle rail line.
its honestly a dream come true, I hoped to be part of it when I use to attempt to convince people decades ago that this would be an amazing opportunity....truly happy to see I was right 😂
A very well produced video. Host was innocent enough to be trusted. Not the average Salesmen persona. Only ruff spot is, what is going on with wardrobe. Hes clothes look like they were pulled out of the clothes pile at mums house. We can only hope it was the clean pile A workman overalls, with a Co pocket logo, would be a better choice. The college kid look he's dressed in is not creating any customer trust. Great machine and I hope you sell a profitable number for all the company families. I buy hemp made products when I come across them. I hope this machine brings growth to the hemp production, all around the globe.
The hemptrain looks like a very useful plant for doing multiple purposes of processing the Fulham plan wondering if it’s food grade ready and how does it compare to global hemp solutions decorticated
Everyone needs to share and use this method the plastics are bad for the body ,thank u for your video I am hope the US losens its laws at the federal level so we are able to move in the right direction 👍
I like that this machine is compact and doesn't need dust filters. And from what I see the installation is easy and fast. My question is how do you ensure there are no stones or metals in the hemp. And what is happening if there are?
Do you think it would be possible someday to have all of those machines loaded into containers so that they could be deployed locally? Or would it always be cheaper to chip the hemp hay bales to a manufacturing site somewhere
@@solrek100 technically you could load a nuclear reactor into something movable, but the real obstacle is cost and objective. They don't need to move the facility while there are tractors and lorries to drop it off to them. Would be like having McDonald's in a double decker bus pull up to your house and making the meal on the way 😂
@@CanadianGreenfieldTechnologies If you were setting this machine up to produce Hurd for Hempcrete blockmaking , what specification would you tune the machine to , can the bast be included in the hempcrete mix to improve structural reinforcement and what is the percentage of hurd obtained compared to product that must be sold to other users ?
Is this the hemp raw material for hemp plastic extrusion? or should the crushed hemp products be grinded again to be powder and then mix with plastic? Or the plastic doesn`t even required.... I am just totally confused. HELP.
One take, yeah thats neatly done GOOD! But supporting companion was bit far right, I mean from the camera... But no worries, I have got once very stupid question after presentation (new idea competition for startup support) from the Host. So I got my face to national TV with rolling eyes (they didn't show the presentation , didn't show the Host question and my answer! Only that tiny moment when I thought wtf he just asked, because it was just to get me down😏 didn't relate with my idea all..), I didn't get in and now 10 years later they're trying to find similar solutions😂😂 So I'm quite sure, that you will do better!! Good Luck
I have some questions to ask. I hope i can get some answers, I have tried contacting SO many ppl/Cos. no help so far :(((( When to harvest it so other fruits and veggies can be sewn then? How can you tell when the soil is healthy and then can plant other seeds in? Can we plant other seeds while hemp is already growing? Can we plant other seeds while hemp is growing? If yes, which ones. Pls give a list I have a lot of hard soil and dry patches too. Could you provide a step by step process? Sincerely, Usman Salim

After I wrote this comment I didnt realize that the US does have hemp factorys but these products need to be in more stores and all water bottles need to be made of hemp that should be a law all the plastic needs to be made from hemp all of it
so it takes an hour to process one 2000lbs, in most of the USA the cost of power allown to run this machine would make the cost to sale products only a small few would aford!!!! not counting the labor cost of maintenance or fire prevention.
What's the process for melting down hemp to be a plastic like material for scaled construction maybe straws and such? Would this become cheaper than a plastic commodity? Anyone with knowledge chime in!
Great products !!!!! You are amazing ! Will you help me develop machery for seaweed harvesting and processing ? It is a multi billion dollar industry now, we need to bring it home to Canada and save the environment at the same time.
Respected members ...please make a you tube channel on hemp ..Starting from the scratch ..every detailed information..it will be an education, promotion of hemp ,industrial revolution and of ofcourse a great you tube channel with lot of subscribers ...please do it sir ..Because in india ,lot of hemp can be grown but no detailed information about the products , processing of fibers , machinery and everything ...that you tube channel will be promoted in india ..and you never know governments night act ..please give it a shot ..i myself wanna enter hemp industry from farming to products but no clear detailed information...please sir it's a request 🙏
Has anyone tried making a machine that forms takeout containers with this material? It be nice to replace the styrofoam. Somebody needs to put pressure on companies like Microsoft and Amazon, the printing and photocopying companies as well, to make a compatible ink and whatnot. The government as well should be using these types of materials.
