Great video. I looked at both communities, and bought in Cadence. The new build in Inspirada jumped up $30k in price in a month, and priced me out. My 6 bed/ 4 bath, with a Casita home in Cadence was much more affordable. The Henderson Bird Viewing Sanctuary is literally my backyard; Frenchman Mtn is my front view. I have access to over 70 miles of bike trails from my house with the Wetlands Loop Trail and River Mountains Loop Trail. I'm 5 minutes from Lake Las Vegas; 20 minutes from Lake Mead. A huge neighborhood Sports Park with soccer and baseball fields is bring built a block away. I love the rural feel, with easy access to urban amenities.

Thank you for the positive feedback, I really appreciate it. Being honest I don’t think you can go wrong with either community. I have a soft spot for Inspirada but I also love Cadence and you definitely get more for your money there too. Some amazing mountain and strip views throughout the community too. So many great amenities. I can’t wait to see the new sports park.

Cadence was a let down personally. Too much of a construction site and lack of parks. Maybe in a few years it would be better. Inspirada was better for me.

I agree I think when it’s completed it will be better but of course the price will be higher. I definitely prefer Inspirada
