Hey guys,
I hope you are all doing OK during this time when we can't do lessons because of the tier system. Hopefully things will be back to normal soon.
In this video, I will show you how to drive on one of the test routes in Hendon test centre.
Look out for the mistake that I made during the drive!

Marks Hendon test videos helped a lot. I passed at Hendon at 8.20am test on 23rd March 2023. 8 faults.

Had my test today. 40 min drive only picked up 2 minors the last 5 mins I got a serious as I got to close to car on my left due to an oncoming vehicle. Absolutely Gutted been waiting 9 months for that test now I have to wait even longer. The examiner said I was an excellent driver and was a shame that he had to fail me

Ah that's a real shame 😣 It happens like that sometimes. I'd keep checking for tests that might come up because if the examiner is saying that to you and you only got 2 minors, you're probably ready for another test. Good luck 👍🏾

@@ZONDOdriving I want to update you to say I’ve PASSED TODAY! I actually couldn’t believe it. My test route was around mill hill/apex corner then burnt oak. 3 minors. I didn’t drive much around burnt oak with my instructor but your videos helped me to see different test routes so thank you ☺️

In 10:25 as u stopped. You didn't apply hand break.(or at least u didn't mention it)My instructor always told me i have apply hand break on stop signs always

Hi. Using the handbrake helps learners to make sure they have fully stopped. But it is not a must. If you stop and don't use the handbrake it is still fine. Just make sure you stop fully.

I know we can't park on a zigzag line which was my mistake last time I took my test. But is it okay to park on a single yellow line or will it be counted as a minor fault please?

You will usually get a minor fault for that unless stopping there causes other issues. Sometimes the examiner will tell you to ignore the yellow line, which means you will not get a fault. Hope that helps. 👍🏾

Thanks for ur vids, one question is that I see all your vids showing at apex you have to use the AIS (rightest lane) after the 1st exit, but my instructor has been teaching me to use the AIN (middle lane) after the 1st exit so after 2nd exit I would be on the left lane which would be easiest to get onto the dual carriage way. Is he wrong ?

hi there! thank you for the video , very helpful! I got a question... In the UK, when you move out of your parking space (as in 9:40 in your video)... you said to keep the signal on and wait for the opportunity to move onto the road. Is this the way it has to be in the UK? Having my test in Hendon soon, want to make sure... because in Germany it's different way.. we have to only signal when there is an opportunity to move (as I remember., was ages ago). thank you

Hi, you can signal even before you have an opportunity. This lets everyone know what you’re trying to do. Especially when it’s busy, no one will know you want to come out until you signal. Hope that helps. 😀

@@ZONDOdrivingbut I know a guy who failed his driving test for signalling right before moving off since one car stopped and gave a way to him. The examiner explained this fault as dangerous since car stopped to give a way and it was obstruction of traffic.

Hi there i got a question, lets say on the apex corner, the examiner says 3rd exit would i stay on the right lane and transition into the merging lane? Or always stay on the left lane?

Hi, if you are turning right you'll need to be in the right hand lane or middle lane.

@10:12 do we need to wait at the stop line if the people start walking from the right hand side of the pedestrian crossing even there is an island in between?
