Another drying tip, this has helped me because after washing my hair I FREEZE once out of the shower, is to turn your heater on if you have one in your bathroom. The heat from the space heater will also help dry your hair. You can also do this during your commute to work. The heat will speed drying time. If you do this, use a gel that says “anti-humidity” so your hair won’t frizz up.

I have high porosity 4c fine quality hair. The Henna treatment even with oil and shea butter in it still gave me natural dreadlocks. I think I need more slip and moisture. I’ll try Ambunu. I know nothing about it, but you said ‘slip’ and that’s all I need to know. 😁

I’ve been mixing my ambunu w hibiscus & green tea. & if it’s too viscous, I’ll add in aloe Vera juice.

Do you think I could use can coconut milk only, or best with the fresh avocado and fresh banana, blended and strain before adding the herds and powders? I was thinking only coconut milk but I haven't tried only coconut milk alone yet. 🦋🤔🥰

People copy so many things -academically, food/recipes... some people are callous with it and some people do not understand the importance of crediting sources... Mimicry is the lowest form of flattery...we all have a responsibility to do better as a community... I love curly proverbz and i send all my friends her vids...I am happy for your results and i await mine...using your methods...i have healthy hair as a result of it and length as well...but i have other goals too... We need to stick together as a community...let us find ways to help people credit each other...

First you’re amazing! I love listening to you and sometimes it feels a bit overwhelming for me cause I’m new to this stuff. But I keep coming back because you are very knowledgeable and I have learned a lot. I have been spraying my hair with fenugreek, hibiscus, aloe Vera tea once a week and then put in a deep conditioner that I make and when I wash out so much hair falls out! Is this normal? I already have thinning hair and it has been falling out the last 2 years. I just found out about all this Ayurvedic stuff. Been doing it for about 6 weeks. Please help. Do I just stick with it or?

Mrs Farida I do have a question for the deep conditioning step if too much powders is considered a strengthening treatment does that mean what we’re mixing have to overpower the powders? So almost like a 1/3 powders 2/3 moisturizing ingredients such as oils butters honey or glycerin ?

Hello! I am wondering which herbs can actually be combined at the same time in your deep conditioner? Such as aloe vera, brahmi, amla, moringa, fenugreek, hibiscus, ashwaganda? Just to name a few. I love henna and coconut milk but i had do stop that combination because it loosened my curls. I kept using henna but with avocado, honey and fresh aloe gel.
