I reached waist length! (First time in my LIFE). Praise Jesus!! I will admit that I had a set back by going to a natural hair salon for a treatment and silk press (their treatment tangled my hair and I lost like half my volume to them combing it out for HOURS 😭 to save my hair). They were all still ooing and ahhing at the remaining hair on my head (was waist length and still looked thick, that’s how amazing Curly Proverbs’ routine made my hair). My current routine is much less involved now only because I don’t really have time. But this routine will get your hair in the place to GROW and be THICK. Then later, you can stop and just retain the length. But I have to go back on this routine when I have time, so that I can get the volume back. 😅 . Next goals are big, manageable volume, then hip length in Jesus name. ❤️🙌🏿

@@carsandrajones7596 if dark you will have a brownish tint. Grey hair and blonde hair will turn a copper tone. Some have experienced post henna difficulty with box dye colour uptake.
I also have my powerful oil l made myself which includes, coffee, henna, branhmi amla fenugreek peppermint and eucalyptus. That oil is growing my hair like crazy

I still do the hair mask with henna, the oils and teas and get lots of compliments on my hair. And... Curly Proverbz I LOVE YOUR HENNA. I guess I just dived right in. I used the mask first and mixed a little too much mix. My hair is not as long as yours so I had a lot left of over and didn't know what to do with it. I hated wasting it. It smells divine and I loved how it covered my grey hairs. My shine and curl is amazing! The second time I did the mask I was better at managing the mix. I moisturize with my fenugreek oil and keep in protective bantu knots unless I go out. I am really hoping to grow length and get my edges back.. I ordered you elixir to try as well. Thanks again.
Hi Baleeia. While I’m not Curly Proverbz I do use a henna mask too. Any extra I have left over I freeze it. I use an ice tray I got right from $1 store 😉
Big respect for filming at 4am! Any suggestions for sealing oils or butters for super fine curls? Anything but a light cream looks like an oil slick for me! And would you use Cassia instead of henna if you have light hair and don't want to dye it? Huge thanks for what you've shared over the years. I've been using your regimes for 4 months and have increased my hair density by about 30%. I've also slowed or stopped hair greying. Not fixed the alopecia yet, but I'm getting there!

I just turned 50 and I have been noticing so much thinning in the past 3 years. I just had a revelation. I am done infusing oils lol. Scientific a tea is so much more potent doesn’t lead to potentially introducing unnecessary compounds to my oils… just needed to share that lol. Thought about doing both but I’m about smarter not harder this year. Thank you for the amazing inspiration

I use 2 TBS of Dry or Fresh Rosemary and Dry Sage with 2 Cups of Distilled water boil. Infuse for the evening. Add Rosemary essential oil and Peppermint essential oil plus maybe a Clove or 2. I keep it in fridge for the week. Just put my bottle in some warm water before I spray my hair everyday. I added some Glycerin just for moisture. You don't have to rinse it out. You can use that as your final rinse as well
Thank you for this! I use aloe vera juice to mix my henna and alma powder. It goes on smooth and is very moisturizing. I always use a moisturizing deep conditioner with heat after. I will try the scalp massages from now on along with the tea you suggested.

It’s always nice seeing your videos!!! I recently took a hiatus from henna and herbs in general. In December I got a hair cut. My hair is still fairly long but not like it used to be. I think I need to get back into my herbs because my hair isn’t growing like it was before 😭 love you❤️❤️
I have the henna and aloe masque. I have used it twice so far, once with coconut milk and once with conditioner. Both times I rinsed my hair out for a while and there were still brown particles left in my hair therefore I had to rinse my hair again. So far the only way I’ve been able to get it out completely has been to blow dry my hair using an attachment. Any tips?

Perhaps utilising the tea as your henna application would be best select which ever routine you wish to follow with regards to massage etc but your application should be tea.
