Sir actually im 3 months pregnant now.. At early pregnacy tested postive for HBSAG positive. Now my doctor advised to take HBEAG and now its negative hbeag dna test also not detected the virus... Liver function test is also normal can you plz explain it im totally confused

As you written doctor will also be confused. Any way what I got, you are a chronic hepatitis b patient. HBsAg: Positive HBeAg: Negative HBV DNA: not detected the good thing is DNA is not replicated the virus. i hope ALt/ASt would be normal and liver condition is normal. Take healthy foods, try to take less fatty foods like mutton, less high proteins, avoid alcohol. Keep you stress free and if possible do regular exercise.

I can understand your concern, every patient has same question. But I hope medicine will come in 2-3 years. Till then you should keep you healthy, don't take tension keep you stress free. Follow up your treatment. Better do exercise at least 4 days a week. I have seen many people and even couples infected since 15-20 years and live with a healthy life.

At this stage you cant take any medicine. Better do exercise and eat more fruits, vegetables, spinach , your viral marker will go down. Running or speed walking in the park is a good exercise if you are physically fit you can do it. Dont take alcohol

Viral level is under control, DNA is low, prothrombin value is normal, AST/ALT is normal. But liver size enlarged due to grade 2 fatty liver. Remember: do regular exercise and eat balanced diet, avoid oily, fat, junk foods, alcohol, red meat, if you can do avoid rice. add more salads to your breakfast, lunch, dinner plates. If you will not control these severe fatty changes above test results are would be high with many complications by next time .

I have seen 2 doctors in 2 hospitals, 1 did not give any medicine. Another person said anti hbeag negative it is damaging my liver, and ultrasound showing coarse hepatic parenchyma, so he said entakavir field and fibroscan and endoscopy

@@mdhamzashaikh5686 do you have any complications in the upper/lower abdomen? like any pain, cramping or swelling or bleeding ? id not then endoscopy is not required. But Fibroscan is required to check your liver stiffness in every 6 months.

Most of the patients with asymptomatic chronic hepatitis B is in idle mode wthout disease progresses. Some patients have non-specific symptoms.But hbeag can be positive/negtive anytime

@@ramukannoujiyyour doctor told you right, you dont need medicine at the moment. When your DNA will cross >20000 IU then doctor will suggest for medicine. But your viral level is going to be high. Do DNA test in every 6 months. Rest is fine there is no issue as per your report you shared here.

Hbe antigen negative: ok Hbe antibody positive: ok Hbv viral load -1.346iu/ml: viral load is almost not detected. Liver function test is coming normal: ok WBC 2900: normal platelet count 0.71 thousand: it should be 1 lac+ but dont worry do a platelet test and watch count is increased or not. Usg liver 12.3 cm and shows mild diffuse coarse in echogenicity: this is because fatty liver so do exercise at least 1 hour weekly 4 times, dont take alcohol, add cabbage, cauliflower brocoli, avocado, fruits to your diets. Follow up the treatment in 6 months. For 100% cure medicine is not available in the market, research is going on not clear when research will be successful. Till then you have to follow up the treatment.

Budd Chiari syndrome is not a disease its a syndrome means inbuilt mechanism in the body. Once syndrome get disturbed it can't be normal but through medicine or lifestyle change you can manage it. It's also called a rare disease amd congestive hepatopathy caused by blockage of hepatic veins in liver. It means a liver congestion and hypoxic damage of hepatocytes eventually result in predominantly centrilobular fibrosis. In this stage required patient and doctor both are need to take extra attention otherwise liver might be damaged in the next stage. Enlarged spleen is not a good sign for a liver patient it might be reduced RBC, WBC, platelets count, anemia etc. Enlarged of spleen could be many reasons like serious liver condition, cirrhosis, cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, problem in lymph system(Immune) etc. Your doctor will find the reason of enlarged spleen. Sometimes it is reversible but in many cased it is not reversible. So, always told our viewers please dont do neglect your follow up treatment at any cost.

If you contact with any reactive hbv patient like any types body fluids like blood, semen, saliva, may be sweat, oral sex, anal sex, vaginal sex. then there is a chances virus can be transmitted to others. But if you eat together, sharing water glass, bed, handshake, normal kissing in this way hepatitis b not transmitted. But you should avoid personal things of any hbv patient. a video already available about this, please watch in our channel.

Once hepatitis B virus come to the body, after 60 days if it is detected, virus start creating multiple in outer surface of the DNA itself. Once virus detected some symptoms will be seen in the patient and sometimes there will not be any symptoms. When you go for hbsag test, such test will tell you it is positive or negative. Without test nobody can tell it is positive or negative. We have already make many video please watch those videos.

Here are my reports below: Alt/Ast: 26/20 Bilrubin (direct+ Indirect) : (0.49+0.9) Hbsag +ve Hbeag -ve Hepatitis E antibody +ve (40) Fibroscan: 8.2 kpa Viral load: 150 iu/ml CAP: 260 db Doctor advised me to decrese the weight and no need for antivirals currently. I want to take second opinion so please do suggest Thank you!

Your told you right, viral level is not high. But cap is high and fatty changes found in the liver you need to go for weight loss. Keep your weight as per height. Take 50% salad+50% foods in a plate to control your weight. Do regular exercise for 1 hour. Rest is fine

@@gohealthwisdom What about Fibroscan in kpa 8.2 kpa? I think it is not normal right? It increased slightly. Is it due to fat/cap score or due to virus as it is inactive currently and liver enzymes are normal. Can it be reversed? Can we decrease this kpa atleast by 1/2 kpa?
