No as such there is no ay medicines available to make negative forever. But if viral load is high and out of control it can be negative for sometime through functional cure.

Yes, a chb person's life can be like as normal person's life. If he/she take care of their liver and follow up the treatment time to time. Some patients we meet with in the hepatitis program campagin, their age more than 75+ years and also healthy. So, dont worried about it, stay happy and follow a healthy lifestyle, follow up the treatment, you will be healthy and long lived like a normal person.

Hi, my hbsag test after 3 months of exposure is showing non reactive 0.52. Is this test conclusive as it was performed after 3 months of exposure(unprotected sexual exposure). After how many months is hbsag test deemed to be conclusive.

after 40 days it is confirmed hbsg detected in the body or not. It seems chronic condition, but need to see fully reports then I can say, it is chronic or acute. No doubt viral level is very very low. Please do these tests after 6 months once again and you can also consult with your doctor about same: 1) HBV DNA 2) HBeAg 3) HBsAg 4) HBcAb 5) ALT/AST

@@gohealthwisdom hi my hbsag is test is non reactive after 50 days. So is it a chronic case or no hbv is detected in my body? Can you please clarify.

Hbasg is 3.75 positive and hbesg is negative and anti hbe is 1.78. detected a month back and fibroscan is normal and ultrasound with fatty liver. Hba Dna report not detected. Is it chronic or acute ?

You need to clear hbsag (negative) to be considered to had acute or chronic to become inactive through seroconversion You need to see doctor for monitoring and treatment if needed. They will check your HBV DNA viral load to see the amount of HBV virus replication in your body. If very high you need treatment The doctors will know.

As per your report your shared, AntiHbe is < 5 IU/ml , fatty liver grade 1. also need some other test to know it is acute or not. Ask your doctor about these tests: > iGM > iGG > Anti-HBc

IGm is negative Igg is positive Anti hbc is negative

@@maryamqureshi8990 1) IGm is negative: means no hepatitis B core IgM antibodies were found. 2) IgG positive test means result indicates the person is exposed to the HBV infection in the past time. 3) Anti hbc is negative: Indicates a past or acute infection or infection gone. It seems , you had or have acute infection, but infection may or may not be longer. Do same repeated test after 6 month once again to confirm about the infection gone or not. In the mean time, do regular exercise seriously, eat more fruits, vegetables, take good sleep, eat healthy foods, avoid alcohol totally. Add Vitamin B6, B12, Folic to your diet to boost your immune. I hope you are free from this infection. Also, suggested you need to consult with your doctor about it.

HCV positive treatment is curable now. There are many DAA anti virals available to clear this RNA virus. You should consult with a good hepatologist who have good experience in the treatment of hepatitis. Currently where you are going for treatment?
