This drill is excellent for learning the hinge motion for an RDL or deadlifting. Today you’ll see how @thepanash uses it as a part of his deadlift warm up! . Shout out @emcrawfordcoach for the opening stitched video!
If ads are blocked, they don’t generate revenue, which makes the advertiser pull their ad from youtube. It’s about money, not control. If anything, bots increase user engagement. These platforms love bots. They don’t want them going anywhere.
@@84jdgregory Google is corrupt as fuck, I don't want them to squeeze every last cent out of me. I also don't want a fuck ton of bots in the comment sections of my favorite RU-vidrs.
Literally why are RDLs so hard to master. 🤦🏾♀️ I swear every time I think I've got it, it's like right back to square one next lower body day lol. Super frustrating.
Keep your head up, your legs stiff, your middle trap contracted, as well as your lats and SA, stick your butt out as you are in the lower part of the movement, and keep the bar tracking close to your legs throughout the movement. It's maybe 5 cues you need to be consciously aware of to maintain excellent form.
At first I thought it was difficult, now not so much. The trick is to push the butt out to stretch the hamstrings and then thrust your way in to straightening up. Once you see it as a thrusting motion it changes everything

No way that warm up takes me 8 minutes. Though it might be less time than squat day considering I need to do back rack lunges to a heavy set to be able to squat with a 35# bar on my back 😂
In the first exercise and the last exercise, the guy's back and bending motions are different. The exercises didn't help at all. It is best if you, yourself, keep in mind to keep your back straight. It isn't rocket science.
Is it just me or does the OWL’s form look off? This is why I personally struggle w RDL’s, I’m so hyper-focused on the lower back and it makes me go mental when performing.
I bet he doesn't do these exercises. Cmon bro, why would he waste his time with these BEFORE his warmup??? I'll try this fomeroller on a beginner to see if it actually works. I can see them still bending their back and not hinging properly even with this roller trick..
Wouldn’t doing the exercise he’s about to do (deadlifts), starting at a very light weight (empty bar), and slowly building up to his workout weight, *prime* his muscles just as well as doing all those fancy looking things?
I don’t remember the name of this particular song, but the song is by an author called “mixed matches”, he has a ton of good songs, you should check it out
@@feliciolisouleymane5034the clips not long enough to Shazam, but thanks for the suggestion. But! After a Tiktok-instagram rabbit hole I did find out that the song is twentyfive by Mixed Matches.
