I believe many people do have a NDE and they may or may not have a supernatural experience (I'm open to that possibility) but please don't use this platform to push your Christian/Catholic rote views to sell your book. I could not finish listening because if I wanted to hear your complete experience, I could probably find it in any bible. But, please tell me this: was your 'god' figure a white man, and did 'he' have a beard and a halo?

Hi Debbie, How religious/devout were you before this? I take it you were Christian? I guess my question is, is it possible that these entities manifest in a way and as people i.e. jesus, or seeing loved ones who've passed over, to provide the comfort/support that they need in a tailored or personal way? For example, people see jesus and he's white..but we know that in reality he was middle eastern looking. I believe in these experiences, it's just not all are the same or have the same entities and I wonder if thats a possibility based on what you experienced, or IF you were very Christian they manifested thusly? Would love to hear your answer! Also, you were incredibly brave and I hope you and your children are well now.

I believe that these entities tailor the experience to those that have them. An example is one gent who wasn't religious had a very good NDE and saw alien type beings that basically had the same message. Or how people see Jesus as white, but we know he was middle eastern of appearance. Or how people see loved ones etc. Regardless of the answer, they are incredible.

That’s not true at all and in the end everyone will see the truth. Most people who see Jesus see him as middle eastern even the ones who assumed he was white or black or never considered his color of skin are surprised he was tan and looked diff than catholic pics of him. Jesus appeared to my five yr old in a dream before I had faith. She hadn’t started school or even been babysat by anyone and we didn’t have cable tv for her to know anything about Jesus but she had a dream that she heard a voice that she knew was God while she played on her floor in her bedroom and it said “Josephine, I want you to see me” I asked her how she knew it was God if he didn’t tell her who he was and she said “ I don’t know, my body just knew who he was” later in her dream she was playing in the front yard and chasing butterflies and trying to get them to land on her hand as she often does in waking life and she seen Jesus wearing a “white bathrobe with gold sash across his chest” standing across the street and he was smiling and laughing with joy so hard at her playing that he was throwing his head back and holding his stomach and Josie in turn started to laugh with joy at him as they both smiled at eachother and laughed and she said she could feel how much he loved her and he said to her without using his mouth but she heard his voice loud and clear say “ I told you that I wanted you to see me, now go tell everyone, I love them” when she woke me that morning, my mind was blown because I always beloved in god but didn’t pray and went down a new age path where I though God can be any religion as long as it’s good and it was hard for me to wrap my head around God becoming flesh but I did sincerely pray in my head the night before and just asked if you are real than please show me but I didn’t think it would be Jesus. That day I was working in my garden outside and my daughter wrote on poster board “Jesus love you” and held it up at my four way stop sign at our home and at first I was a little embarrassed but she was so excited as cars passed by and waved, honked and held their hands up to the sky and I asked why she thought to do that and she said “Jesus told me to tell everyone he loves them last night in my dream” she was so obedient and bold in her faith and since brought me to seek and research the life death and resurrection and why it’s was important for God to die for our sins

Few, very few people have this level of understanding that you have about death, that’s incredible and I can humbly affirm that I have the same understanding. My dad passed away 2yrs ago and after having watched hundreds of NDEs, I see death as the door that connects this physical earthly experience and our eternal Home. My dad was seeing his mother and his dog a couple days before he passed away. He said his mother was hovering in the corner waiting for him. He was not a religious man so I know it’s not like some people saying these dying people are only seeing what they want. He didn’t know he was dying.

I'm homesick too. I never had an NDE, but I've had a couple of spiritual experiences ( the first at age 22 and I'm 48 now ). In December, I asked my doctor if I could undergo voluntary euthanasia, under the new 2024 extensions to the Canadian laws. He asked me why I don't want to be alive but how do you explain that to somebody?

Love is love, so never feel you can't compare the loss of a beloved animal to someone else's loss of a human. It's the depth of your love and connection that counts. I lost my husband of 32 years, 8 years ago. We were inseparable and the grief our separation generated was and is difficult to deal with. We had no children, we had 2 cats, perfectly healthy and one was not much over a year old. Strangely, they died 8 days apart with the second one leaving on the 6 month anniversary of my husband's death. I remember thinking why did you have to take both of them. Couldn't you have left me the youngest one?! But there are reasons to things we don't understand on this side of the veil. I love hearing people's NDEs because I had one at age 5. I was accidentally buried by a Bulldozer when I was playing in a freshly dug sewer trench. I never should of survived as I was buried for at least 20 minutes, yet here I am. I loved this woman's NDE because she mentions what I experienced, feeling better out of the body, that I have EVER felt in this lifetime. I went from suffocating in darkness and terror and was transported to a blissful state, surrounded by unconditional love, fully conscious but not needing to breathe. The best part is I felt safer out of the body than I have EVER felt before or after, in this lifetime. I have no fear of my own death either. I feel convicted to share my story with you and I hope it gives you some peace. About two years ago, I had to put my beloved Rottweiler to sleep, she was 13 and had a condition where she lost feeling in one back leg and than the other and eventually it moved up her body and would affect her front legs and her breathing muscles, luckily it wasn’t painful and it had to do with her brain sending signals to her limbs but she was a very big dog so I couldn’t just pick her up. I became her back legs and put her in a sling and got her a ramp to go down outside steps to use potty. I didn’t want to let her go so I did as much as I could for her to the very end when I could carry her any more. Anyway, one day she stopped eating and I knew it was time. My daughter was four and wanted to be able to give my pet my full attention and not cause my child heartache so we decided to tell our child that our dog was going to an old age nursing home for animals where they could care for her in her last years since I couldn’t give her proper care on my own, it was during vivid so o said we couldn’t ever visit her again and our dog would stay there until she died. This way or child could still say her goodbyes and know she wouldn’t ever see her again but she would cry as much because anytime she even thought about our dog dying she would freak out. My sister came and got my daughter after saying goodbye and took her to do something fun while the vet came to our home and euthanized our dog and took to get cremated. I grieved worse than I ever did for a human, the Paine as unbearable and I wasn’t close with God at that time but I had to have answers so I tried to google ndes with pets and bible scriptures that mention heaven and pets. Although the Bible mentions animals being there, it doesn’t say if those animals were created for heaven or if they once lived on earth, died and than went to heaven so finally I just prayed about it and asked God to reveal to me in a dream if my dog was still out there somewhere, not suffering and in heaven or if she was gone forever and to just be honest and show me even if it’s not the answer I wanted. That night I barely slept and cried all night so no dreams for me but to my surprise my daughter awoke super happy saying “I seen Mya in my dream and she is all better and can run” my daughter being only four, couldn’t remember a time when our dog could walk on her own, let alone run so it amazed her to see her running happily

(Con’t) I jumped up out of bed and told her to tell me every detail. She kept saying, “this was real mommy, not like other dreams” she said that, two tall people who were beautiful like girls but they were definitely men told her that they wanted her to show her Mya and tell mommy everything she seen. She said the two men spoke to her without using their mouths but she heard them talk to her in her head. She said that she could see Mya who was very close but on the “other side where she wasn’t allowed to go” , Mya was running and jumping and smiling (Josie always said our dog smiled when she would get excited and pant and her teeth showed) in very green grass and flowers and she could see Mya but Mya couldn’t see her and she knows this because she was yelling happily at Mya running, “Mya come here, I’m over here” and Mya never looked directly at her and the two men told Josie “she can’t hear you” Josie than asked if she could go be with Mya and they told her “no you can’t go over to that area” than she asked if she can take Mya home now because her legs are all better but the two men said “ she is all better because she is here and so she can’t leave” this made Josie sad but she said she got happy again knowing Mya was happy and running but she really wanted to play with her. I started to cry happy tears hearing all this because it was literally every single question I had, answered all through a dream I prayed for less than 24 hours prior and the Lord always does this now since I gained more faith, anytime I pray for something sincerely, he answers but even in a better way than I expected. For instance, God could have given me that dream and I would have cherished it forever and been just as convinced it was really Mya in heaven but than doubt would have slowly crept into my mind and I would have always thought possible the dream was from my own mind and wishful thinking but since he gave it to my four year old, who literally never even heard what heaven is suppose to be like or anything like that since we didn’t even have cable tv and she has always stayed with me since no friends or family within so hours of hour home, I know she didn’t have any outside influence is what I’m saying also she still didn’t even know Mya had died and actually God made the experience perfect by answering my questions while still protecting my child and concealing the fact that Mya died. Josie actually said, “I know that dream was real and I really seen Mya so those must be her nurses at the old age home for dogs and they must have made her legs better so it’s good she went there” I believed this dream to be a message from even more because he answered my prayer swiftly and through my child, who was unaware of my prayer, instead of through me. Also she didn’t know what telepathy is yet she described the way the two men (angels) spoke to her as exactly that but in her own words. I have zero doubt that Mya is not gone forever and she is in heaven and I will see her again one day. Sorry so long but I’m sorry for your loss.

I feel for you. Had my furry sidekick of sixteen years of close friendship, since a tiny kitten, leave this world today. I got to hold her until she passed, and am still processing that she really is not going to wake me in the morning for the first time in so many years! It's not a prison. We are here for a reason. Jesus said he came to set the captives free. We have free will and when we choose him, we know where we will be when we leave here. And he gave us his living word to help. When we speak it out loud we are activating it. This is why faith is so important. God never leaves us helpless. All this business about "God answering prayer" is an eye-roller to me!! What people mean is "God did what I told him to do." Is God a big man in the sky who plays favorites? If you beg really hard and throw a bargain into the deal, or maybe sacrifice a chicken (if you're poor) or a goat (if you have more money), does God listen better? Prayer is telepathy, energy, and intent. It does influence things, has an effect on outcomes. I do experience the Divine, but not since childhood have I tried begging or bargaining with it. (I do not experience it with a gender; it presents to me as waves of light; intelligent, loving, living light. It does not judge, punish, or reward. We are each in resonance to our thoughts, beliefs, and actions. God does not play favorites. God simply loves. We each experience what we resonate to. How many people, because of religion, actually have these beliefs: I am not worthy of God's love; I am not good enough to be helped; I am a lowly, weak creature; it is good to suffer. You could be the best person in the world, but if you don't feel worthy, you will experience the effects of that belief. It even says in the Bible, "As you believe, it is done until you." When will the childish practice of praying to get something from God stop? To get god to do one's will! I do know prayer works, but not these types where if you get what you want, he answered it, and if you didn't get what you want, he didn't answer it. For Pete's sake!!

@@johardy-bishop9105 I was going to say the same thing. People with dementia are already gone and the body takes a while to wind down. Occasionally those individuals come back to the body. It’s a horrible state for a body to be in. And harder for everyone else than the individual in many cases 😢
