Her's was different, they created music that felt nostalgic and sooth a damage soul. Every single one of their songs felt different but somehow felt like a warm blanket you had since you were a kid. Their sound was beautiful and once in a lifetime. Her's songs still sooth me and I'm glad to discovery them on a lonely Saturday afternoon. I feel at peace because of them... they were taken away so soon but I hope they can rest easy, knowing not just mine but many other souls like me are at peace because of them. Thank you, rest in peace.

RIP Stephen Fitzpatrick and Audun Laading. You will be missed.

The last song on the album invitation to her's, the last song they released, it's why it gets me so teary eyed everytime I listen to it, the way it sounds, the singing, everything about it is so sad, it's like an unintentional goodbye, at least that's what I see it as, R.I.P Her's.

Discovered them a couple weeks ago. Slowly am listening to their songs as I know there will come a point that I've heard them all, forever. "A thing isn't beautiful because it lasts"

You are seriously the best current band I know about; the style, the vibe, the melodies, the lyrics, the production value, the production rate, the fan base, the everything. One of my favorite things about Her’s is that their album is so mysterious and has so many messages behind it. I’ll always remember you guys. I Miss the LA show :(

This song was a highest(low) point in my transition to the single life after a 5 year relationship. ALL your songs were so supportive and helped me feel ok with being sad or melancholy. I wanted to thank you personally in Santa Ana. I wanted to cry and laugh while thanking you guys for getting me back on my feet. But for what it's worth, thank you both for existing and being beautiful, genuine people.

These are treasured songs, ones of an age that could have been. I listen to them in thought, looking up into the sky and wondering if they’re entertaining the masses up above, their soothing tones and voices echoing through the infinite like every song and artist before them. An immortal memory. A good memory to have once in a while...I miss them still.

Their music is so bitter-sweet now. Bitter from the fact that they passed but sweet because their passing makes it infinitely more treasurable. It seems like all of their music makes you reminicent of the good times including the time they were alive.

For me this outdid Beach House’s “7” as 2018’s album of the year. I enjoyed Her’s first album, but this one is truly a masterpiece.

Stephen and Audun were such amazing people. You could see their energy when they performed and I hope they’re resting (and breathing) easy now.

If it costs you all your friends, if it isolates you, don't lie to your world don't justify staying silent under wraps.

It kills to know ill never hear another beautiful song from these people again, finding their music helped me feel like myself, inspired me and gave me ideas for my own art and pushes me to start making music like i always wanted to, they help me feel happy and their voices are so flexible its absolutely gorgeous and I wish i could have supported them before they passed. rest in peace, Hers.

They're gone and it's weird to say this, I'm afraid of losing them. Lost them once but if the internet's gone and Heist or Hit decides to stop restocking their vinyls/cds because they don't sell anymore or they shut down, I'll lose them a second time. I would hate for them to be lost media. They deserved to be known forever and their music sent into space for whatever alien being is out there because even they would be entranced by Her's music. I have this weird thing where I have a short obsession over certain things where I consume and consume before getting bored, and I know it's inevitable before I grow out of my Her's obsession (which may seem insulting or unimaginable to some). They'll soon be a band I look at my playlist and think, "Oh man, I used to obsess over them like crazy. I wish they still made music." I wish I could repeatedly listen to them as if it's my first time discovering them because right now, they're playing nonstop on wherever I can listen/watch them. They're so incredibly unique and it drives me crazy how fast three lives can be taken away by one singular irresponsible person. Audun's bass and Ste's falsetto... something that will forever leave a lasting impression on me. If not for their deaths, I'm sure that they'd already be touring around the world and indicted into the Hall of Fame because that's just how amazing and extraordinary they are. I've never been this motivated to continue learning how to play my bass just so that I can play Audun's basslines over and over again. Maybe pick up guitar so I can be like Ste and practice singing so I can do what he does. They both changed so many lives in their short time of living, and they deserved so, so, so much more than what they got.
