Im grateful I met them in concert. The most amazing people you'd ever meet, Stephen saw me and my friends waiting outside like 3 hours before the show and called Audun because they never had people wait so early for their show. They talked with us and took pictures, at the show we were up front singing, yelling, and dancing. At some point my friend my friend brought out food and started eating it and Stephen was just laughing. I remember buying a shirt and they asked me to wait a bit so they could finish just taking pictures with people first and i kinda got pushed all the way to the back and had my friend get my shirt signed. Audun literally commented on my post asking if i got my shirt signed and everything. I wish I could go back to the best night of my life.

Rest in peace Stephen Fitzpatrick and Audun Laading. A great loss in the world.

It’s so weird and heartbreaking when you listen to a lesser known band for a good amount of time, and on the start of their come-up (*poof*) it ends. Rest in peace to one sexy, sexy band. Your sound was iconic. I wish I could have experienced it in person...

They didn’t deserve this

I have a special story with this song. First, I want to say I've looked through the comments of this song, reading all the great things everyone has said regarding Her's and I'm so happy their memory of great music has transcended since their unfortunate departure, so I think now is as good a time as any to add myself to the roster. I discovered Her's right as they started, heard Cool With You as it randomly popped up into my recommendations, which is still the best one RU-vid has ever given me. I kept hearing their songs, hearing them grow. Then this song came out. It is without question one of my favorite songs of all time, theres something wholesome and melodramatic about this song that just keeps me coming back to it. Then I saw this music video, and it was around the same time I was going to my final prom, this story of two lovers trying to reconcile in a moment that should be romantic just strikes me as such a grounded idea to have the song with. I've loved this music video more than I've loved anyone of my favorite movies. That's how great it is. When I heard news of them pass away, I didnt believe it nor understand why talent like this had to leave us. So I played this song on repeat for the whole day and watched this video a million times. I still come back to this video almost always because it holds a special place in my heart. Now I'm in the process of a feature film for which I drew a lot of inspiration from this same video, because storytelling through silence is probably one of the most powerful art forms filmmakers have to their disposal. And so I made it my mission to honor these two amazing musicians and what they stood for by using this song and much of the sequence in the video with its choice of colors and direction for my project. Her's, this ones for you. Your music will live on forever.✌

I stopped listening to them in 2019 after the crash because I couldn’t bear to anymore, just came back and got reminded of how much comfort this band have given me. I didn’t think deaths of people I never knew could affect me this much until this. Gone too soon.. rest well boys ❤️

I just discovered these guys because of the fanbase outcry from the news of their passing... I know why it's so tragic for their fans... these guys are mesmerizing to say the least. R.I.P gentlemen. You ARE missed.

This song reminds me of the honeymoon phase of our relationship. This girl in the video looks like her too. She was perfect in that dress when we danced together on graduation night. I remember staring into her eyes, wanting to tell her everything I was feeling but afraid she wouldn't feel the same, the time we had together wasn't enough, I'll always remember the times that you were mine and I was yours.

I discovered Her’s just before a pretty gnarly breakup then couldn’t listen to them for a while. A couple years later after some growing I came back to them only to find they had passed away while I wasn’t listening to their music. Such a tragic loss of a truly fantastic duo. May they rest peacefully

This is the first song of theirs I ever heard late last year. I was going through a really rough time, working in a salon where I was miserable. One day we were playing some random indie playlist on Spotify and it was just playing banger after banger, and this song came on. I was hooked and had to look up who it was. When I started to look into the band more I was saddened to find out they were gone too soon. Rest in peace, guys. You are greatly missed.

I stopped looking for new music after these guys died. Nothing has been the same, and I was a huge musician myself and play.

Discovered this group yesterday and loved them from the start. I bought the two albums they made instantly. Never done that before with anyone. I then found out they had been tragically killed. So sad to be cut from life to soon . I'm totally sad but will play there music continually. What a great group with mesmerising music.
