To all my dear Africans and black Americans who are planning to move to Africa, move quickly to buy land (especially along coastal areas - SHAMEFUL THAT HOTELS LINING THE COAST OF MOST CARIBBEAN ISLANDS AREN'T BLACK OWNED) and start businesses, before more Europeans and Chinese do or you will find yourselves at the economical mercy of non-African foreigners in your own countries. There are newly settled foreigners in countries like Namibia and Kenya who own huge swathes of land that cost them pennies on the dollar, because of their perceived wealth and Chinese, like many Indians, are controlling the economies. THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING! Other countries like New Zealand, have seen the dangers of this and have stopped many rich foreigners from buying property, because this drives up the cost of owning that the locals can't afford! So, buy NOW and control your own future!!!!! If you don't have the money, then form purchasing groups and pool what monies you have.
