Yeah, I used to dislocate either of my thumbs nearly every basketball game I played in middle school (while blocking a throw or receiving a pass). Creeped the other kids out when I'd just pop it back in on the court. Couldn't play with the only brace that stopped that, so I quit playing basketball altogether. Doctor was highly concerned about developmental damage.
