Can we hit 5,000 likes or have I been a bit ambitious this time!? If you enjoy my videos and also need some great copyright free music (for free lol) please use the link in my description for a free trial to epidemic sound. It's a great platform and each sign up helps me create more content :) Who's excited for 2020?
Paddy Galloway Congrats on the last Vid it was really good . Like number 252 here brother . Hope you continue to explode your channel .Happy New Year . From Newfoundland, Canada. Boots Kennedy Coming Atcha
_I have personally met MrBeast a few times._ I actually was in his “World’s Largest Game of Dodgeball” video. And he was even gracious enough to make a short clip with me. He is very kind, especially given how much time people demand of him.
Hey Paddy Galloway, thank you so much for these video you're making. I am a new youtuber, like the majority of your viewers (I'm guessing), and watching this has given me a few ideas as to how to proceed with my videos and what I've been doing wrong until now. I've been doing videos since spring last year and it hasn't been a great year youtube wise for me, but now am literally taking notes and trying to restructure my videos, starting with the thumbnails!
It didn't quite work around the second time if you look at the 60k views compared to the 2.6m views that "Part 1" got. This channel has a very specific niece (analyzing youtube channels) and that can only go so far no matter what formula you apply. Mr Beast however has cultivated a random type of niece that can be described as "doing ridiculous things for a ridiculous amount of time/money/length" (Examples include: 24 hours in slime (time), giving away 1 million dollars (money), 10 million legos (length)), the type of niece that has countless of video possibilities while maintaining the entertainment value (which is why most people watch youtube videos in the first place, to be entertained). Look at his videos about Orbeez, Pennies & Legos: all 3 videos have the same premise, put huge quantity of something to fill up a large area. The "Orbeez" video took off and garnered 73m views so MrBeast replicated the same content with different objects (Pennies and Legos) but people still watched, the latter two videos weren't as successful as the Orbeez video but both have over 20m views which is a lot. What I'm trying to say is that Jimmy has gotten hold of a very peculiar sort of niece where he can use the same premise many times with random objects and still keep the entertainment value intact, which isn't very easy to do so kudos to him and his team. Most people like lazy entertainment that doesn't require much brain power to comprehend. That's just the nature of RU-vid. And Mr.Beast is just taking the utmost advantage of that to make money.
I also did a VLOG/Trip video by just using my Iphone 7, but I was thinking about it if I want to take my channel to the next level I need to put more quality work and bring more value to to ppl. Amazing video Paddy cya in the TOP!
Using epidemic sound myself now, and i love it. thanks for all the great videos. been giving me some great ideas. been just trying to figure out if i should start a 2nd channel, or continue to expand this channel. i know i want to expand my niche or pivot potentially like mr beast did in his gaming days. not entirely sure how i want to go about it though. anyway great video again!
No bullshit video. Loved it, first time in your channel thou. I naturally would've closed the tab around 7 minutes when you were showing epademicsounds, but i didn't. That proves you catch viewers heart.
People don't think enough about how to mold their unique perspectives and talents to be remarkable and outstanding on this platform. Like actually standing out. It's hard and takes a lot of self awareness. But if you're like Jimmy and have that self-awareness, creativity and insane grit...I think the success is inevitable.. Just hard to predict when.
Wishing for you to hit 1 000 000 by the end of the year, your content is super helpful and educational. Keep uploading more please. Love your work brother 👍
Another point is his consistency. He kept making videos (without much caring about the quality) at the beginning stage. Regular uploads helps a lot on RU-vid. But moreover, he had all this in his fate. He was destined to become successful in any field he chose. It is the Universal law. By helping others with his income, he is improving on his fate at a rapid phase. He is definitely on his way to becoming the number one RU-vidr, not because of his strategy, but because of his way of helping others. Start helping everyone and thinking positively if you want to become successful. Your fate will improve by doing so and as a result success will follow-up.
Aidan Hammond , dude same, to be honest I really didn’t love him that much at first and I didn’t watch half his videos but I’ve been subbed for a long time and as he got better content and videos I started to love him more
Great video! I’m sure you’ll go big one day. You don’t need to follow Jimmys steps, just follow yours and see where you’ll go. Following someone’s steps is the same repetitive stuff, try newer things and no need to use Jimmys algorithm. Try to make a different algorithm more appealing.
Such a great video! I agree with every single point in this video and I definitely believe that people should just go ahead and start making videos as soon as possible. If your videos are entertaining and give the viewer value, then they will stick around even if the quality of your video isn't amazing!
Remember when he started to count to 100000 I muted his video, left it to roll and played games for several hours. Then I did it with all other videos which are hour+ long
Thank you for another great video Paddy! I strongly believe you will hit 1 Million subs this year (2020) and I will contribute for you to achieve that. See you at the top and Happy New Year! 😁🍾
You deserve more than a million subscribers base buddy. I am one of your subscribers from India and love your videos. All of your videos give us so much insights and information . Regards
Thanks for sharing the second part of the rise of Mr Beast . Great channel. Excellent Vid . Congrats on the last Vid and all your new Subs . I wish you all the best in the New Year and I hope your Chanel Explodes . Boots Kennedy coming atcha. Cheers Brother !!
I remember Mr. Beast back then because of his MOTIVATIONAL VIDEO collab with ZIOVO :D , I have only 1k subs and he just have 20k subs I guess, back 2017
Good work man! Watched both the videos. You sum it up pretty well. I think the most important takeaway should be... "Start with what you have." Everything else will follow. Cheers. #Liked&Subbed
Holy WOW!! I appreciate your time in making this and it has really inspired me to actually starting becoming a youtube. For a while I've wanted to get into youtube after watching the fun and crazy things people have done. I've thought of a few cool and fun ideas myself but like you said a lot of us do, we procrastinate until we feel we have the right gear to start becoming a you tuber. 2020 is the year I'll start to try some things out. Thanks for the Motivation :D
Paddy Galloway this video is full proof of trend jacking but I like it since it give more mr.beast a more substance and character exposition and is his channel overall development keep it up.
Awesome tips Brother coming from another awesome youtuber! Funny, today I was brainstorming about content to grow our channel and talked about trend jacking for people taking care of our Planet! Glad to see we are on the right track! :) Blessings 🙏❤
mrbeast inspires me truly, i've been on youtube since the early days but never stuck to it until now with uploading constantly...so the obession part i relate too with mrbeast
Excellent video. Learned a few thing. I’ve been struggling growing my channel for a while but hoping in time it can work out. Good luck to all the fellow travel vloggers.
I really enjoy your content and I'm glad you could make better videos! I'm excited for 2020, I will continue following your videos and try to get new ideas to continue my own channel :)
You should look into ZHC. He does a similar thing in the art niche. He re-invests all of his capital into customizing and giving away expensive items like new iphones, balenciagas, airpods, and much more apple products. He even had an episode where he opened a free store and whenever somebody chose a shoe he would customize it on the spot.
‘Bestsellers only become bestsellers because they’re selling well’. That’s a very important part of most success stories: momentum. Good content attracts more and viewers, which leads to other people wanting to see what all the fuss is about.
I feel in his early days he didn't have a 'niche' and that's what I love. I have no 'niche' and every self-help/grow your RU-vid channel says you need it. I lose sleep thinking about splitting my channels and this kind of makes me think it's okay to not.
Awesome analysis didn't know hardly any of this, going to keep working on something I've been playing and taking notes for. Hopefully it leads me somewhere better.
Im a small RU-vidr and u just gave me a BUNCH of ideas man cuz i do gaming on my channel and be over thinking why i can't grow like other small channels but i see now that in order to succeed u HAVE to try other things to see what works and for me thats not only gaming but skits also so thanks for making this video it helped alot 🙏💯
No sorry I meant I was searching for copyright free music on RU-vid (like those copyright free channels etc.) You're safe with RU-vid library I just find it a little limiting. Thanks for the comment!
I really appreciate these vids from you! I hope I can implement what you reveal to us to my own new channel. And if it works out I will be back someday in this comment section 😆❗
4 things have helped me on youtube: 1) Making more content consistently 2) Commenting and engaging with others 3) making searchable videos that I'm passionate about. People can tell when you're fake. 4) teaching others how to do the things that I do to. You have to give value.
Great video, just one question... isn’t #1 and #2 complete opposites of each other? Trend jacking - doing what other people are doing. And doing something new - not doing what other people are doing.
This one feels way more relevant / useful than part 1 that simply had very little you could learn from as most people don't have a couple 100 thou-wow laying around to give to random twitch streamers and pizza dudes. Good job, you'll have to do a masterclass for your own success soon 😄
