Here’s My Vegan Food Haul at Whole Foods 🍉🥒
When you’re shopping at a grocery store, here’s the first thing you want to do:
Go to the outskirts of the grocery store.
This is where you’ll get the healthiest foods.
I went to the produce section to get:
🫑 Bell Peppers
🍄 Mushrooms
🥬 Spinach
🧅 White Onions
🧄 Garlic
🥜 Some Grounded Peanut Butter
This haul is rich in vitamins and minerals which is going to be best for my overall health short and long term.
Walking in the aisles is where I’ll get most of my processed foods (which is not always unhealthy).
Here I got:
🍵 Tea
🍔 Some Vegan Plant Burger Mix
✅ Fillo’s Beans
I also went and got some protein. I came away with:
💪 Some Pre-Made Tofu Scramble from Hodo
💪 Tofurkey Deli Meats
