He'd been dealing with mental health issues for years, so putting it down to him not being able to handle the loss is oversimplifying and misrepresenting the situation. While him losing probably didn't help, he had sever other factors that resulted in him taking his life

Dude woke up in the morning and decided to be that kind of guy. Put a plastic bag on your head and go on your day for 1 day tough guy. Thats how "blind" she was at the time. Blindness doesnt always mean they literally cant see, which she is now, but tbf to you, blind is just a common words, rven in the show back then they mostly used visual impaired And she knew how the good was cooked because she tasted them nonstop. She literally did that all time on the show and gordon said it right at the beginning of the show, he liked how she tasted the food nonstop. She could see blur and shadow, she couldnt tell what is what, the aide of the show was there to help her organize stuffs when she cooks like knife/spoon/pots placement. And shes blind, not deaf, everyone tries to look at the source of noise, she couldnt tell where thr cameras were, she only saw blur overall, but the managers pointed the location of the show beforehand so she could get a general idea Actually i dont even know why i bother with you, you are obviously one of those people that go around putting others hardwork down and find a reason to belittle them.
