You don't need the toll to drive anywhere in Houston but it definitely helps to purchase it. If toll roads isn't your thing try moving to Dallas or San Antonio.
@@daveray5655 dallas has just as many toll roads as houston but worst and they are overpriced and san antonio has none, so why is it sad to learn, explain yourself
Never get an EZ Pass. It is a way to track you like a rat in a maze and has access to your bank account. Really? Anything called "EZ" or "Smart" are beyond stupid.
