Here's How I Organize Over 500,000+ Sports Cards In My Collection! *COLLECTION SHOWCASE* 

Spread out in every room, every draw. I’ll find cards in my car, in my jacket pockets etc.

Only have about 50,000. They are in a closet, stored inside Binders, 3,000ct and 660ct boxes.

I agree. Those shelves are pretty old and I’ve been using them for a while. Seems like gravity got the best of them. I do plan on building my own shelves with plywood and 2x4s in the near future!

Nice! I also use an excel sheet. It helps me visualize all my cards at once.

And also I have a tiny collection of about 700 sports cards I started about three months ago but also I wrote this in 2024 not the same month you made this video so it got no bigger idea to be a fan of Pokémon and watched it on RU-vid And then I got into sports cards and not going to lie the Pokémon industry is way bigger not I still LOVE sports cards. I am fortunate to have a complete sign ball from the 1948 Cleveland Indian World Series winning team with L O u B. as playing manager and Hank Greenberg. As general manager. Only signature that's not on there in a satchel page. Instead there is a P I t c h e r named lyman Lindy that played high school ball In beaver dam Wisconsin With. my father and that's how I got the ball and he was sent down to make room for satchel page.

Great questions and I hope I can answer as best as I can for you: If you want to store a lot of cards while taking up the least amount of space, use boxes. Boxes will also allow you to organize and access your cards much easier. It is important to note, however, that taking cards out of binder pages does take awhile. If they are already in the binder, I would just leave them in there, unless you're looking to save on space and organize more precisely, then take them out. When to use penny sleeves: I use them on cards I think have at least a little bit of value (more so than the common card). I like to put penny sleeves on cards of big name players, serial numbered cards, rarer inserts or parallels, and autographs and relics. Obviously, don't use them on EVERY card (unless you really want to). When to use toploaders: I use them on cards that value at $1 or more (I find the prices of cards online using COMC, eBay, etc.). I also use them on cards for my personal collection, even if they aren't worth much. What are one touches? They are super sturdy protective cases for one singular card. They cost a lot more to use, but they display and protect a card very nicely. I use them on my higher-end cards to add a little extra protection. What is the best path to sell lots of cheap cards: There's many ways to approach this. I would group the bigger name players together and sell them as lots. The rest of the cards, I would sell as team lots. If there's a bunch of leftover cards, I would just sell them on a discount in one big bulk lot.

Yes I run a dehumidifier in the basement and that’s about it. I don’t go crazy with temp control (because the house is already well regulated) but I do take extra steps to protect my most valuable cards!

I got it as a gift many years ago and unfortunately I don't remember where they got it. But it's certainly really cool!

Thanks for watching! Great question! Commons can be tricky to deal with. If you’re trying to make money off of them, you could sort them into a complete set and sell them as a set. You could sort them into team lots or player lots and sell them that way. It’s tough to sell commons. I tend to donate and sell bulk cheap lots to offload but if you’re making money it’ll take some time!

I hand cut notecards! It’s cheap and it doesn’t take too long

Yes! Half of my 5,000 count boxes accommodate for the width of a top powder and the other half are more narrow and just fit the card width

I’ve noticed the significant bends in the shelves. They’re holding up and not touching the below boxes but I will soon switch to sturdier shelves.
