I was not aware GMC had a switch pod. Like you, I have a bench, so purchased the Rough Country universal switch controller. A local stereo shop installed it w/ the power lead going to the battery just as you spoke of. I had the switch itself drilled into the lower front plastic cover, just below the USB/cigarette lighter. I works well. I also installed two, S1, 1" Baja design lights to my rear lights for reverse, added two S2, 2" lights to my back rack bottom rail. I thought of the ditch lights but couldn't justify the cost/use for that position. My CB radio antenna is attached to the BackRack, running the cable underneath the cab through the plastic grommet. Regards.

I own a 2020 LT RWD. Am about to level the front w/ Eibach shock/coil & rear Eibach. My goal is a 275/65/R20, (gives 1" extra height), equivalent to a 34" tire. If I have to modify the front liners, I will now know what to do. Thank you.

What is a RC tire calibrator? Great video pls. do an update on those Superlift UCA. I wanna also do the same lift but I have the 3.0L duramax not sure how much adjustment the coilovers gonna need to get it level with the back. Also Not sure if I want 17" wheels I'm sure its better for Off road with more rubber. I have a standard length bed which is longer than the short bed so not sure if ill be doing much intense off roading more a daily driver but would wanna invest for those Kings suspension for ride comfort. How is the ride with these Kings coilovers better than stock on the road? 35" looks good but thinking of just installing 33"s on 20x9 wheels only because the rear only has 3:23 gears. But you say your having pretty good mph.with the 8speed. How's the power? If I do decide 35" tire maybe the 10speed will do just fine. too? Keep posting the mods you do on your truck I like how you install it looks clean & factory like. Just wish you did video on the mods you did. Anyway thanks for your time.
@donkuschel5326
@donkuschel5326 3 года назад
Rough Country is the tire calibrator. The UCAs have 20k on them now and are doing good, I just shoot a pump or 2 of fresh grease in them every 5k. I would say it should be close to the same as what my truck is with the 5.3, really wish I would have went with the 3.0 like yours though! I would stick with the setting King sends they seem to be perfect. I daily my truck 60 mile high way trips to work and it does great even with the 35s. I’ve had a couple of the older styles on 33s, and this rides just as nice on the 35s. As for the ride it’s amazing with the Kings, just the amount of firmness you want, and the bigger sidewall helps soak up some bumps. I plan on making some changes to the truck so I will try and get more into some of the other mods I did as well, thanks!

Mcgaughs makes the mud flap delete and looks factory. Looks like you're upper control arms are going to interfere with the line going to your resivor on KING COILOVERS , COGNITO makes a upper control arms uni ball which has more clearence when you're at full droop. Also I think ROUGH COUNTY makes a led light bar to fit behind the grill and looks factory . Get rid of those ugly lights you have mounted.
