Modalities aren't only synonymous with how you engage and learn on a daily basis. Organizations also have a modality that gives you a good indicator of whether you are or aren't the right fit. Ever feel like your environment is stifling and it's the boss' way or no way? Well, that organization probably has an autocratic modality. It's strictly black and white and there is a culture of loyalty to the boss or else!
I remember working in an autocratic environment and found that I barely flourished and dealt with major health issues. Watch to learn more about the other modalities. You might just identify one that you currently work in and decide that it's time for a switch!
