1st ditch the background music. I have zero issues with the battery. I'm a power user. I don't need my watch to last 24 hours. Once I'm home I charge my watch, till I put it back on when I sleep. After my morning run I place it back on the charger while I get ready for work. I enjoy the integration with my Galaxy S23+. This is a very good watch, with zero battery issues

yeah i agree, i really dont care about the battery and its also fully charged in just a no-time, i am every time suprised that it got full battery when i was expecting like 75% or something haha

I am not power user... just see notifications. Control music during gym time and well sleeping and all the gadgets enable and it last for me 2 and half days...

What the hell is that awful out of place noise I'm hearing in the background? It's like when a.m. radio picks up 2 distant stations at the same time and you can't tune in the one you want. Please fix that.

Dude I could not focus and understand something really, I had to listen carefully and still was so annoyed by the music that I gave up and just skipped watching.. Dude you got to tune down the music like 10 notches. Sorry there was no other choice than thumbs down for this.

Hey, I have a suggestion: Instead of showing a spaghetti of videos of so many watch models, you should show just the watch 6 classic. From your video, I don't even know how the watch 6 classic looks like :( If I want to watch the advertisements, I will go to Samsung website. Compadre, my original and first generation Galaxy Watch still lasts two/half days on a full charge. I'll hold out for the Watch 7 Ultra. Nice upload but lose the Roadhouse music.

I've got the 47mm watch 6 classic, perfectly happy with it, and the battery life is nowhere near as bad as people make out, I'm not u using GPS all the time, but if you want that from a watch, buy a dedicated sports watch, like garmin, but they are not very good for phone features.

Totally agree, I've seen many others out there say the same thing. I do not use mine for any exercise or workouts nor do I use GPS. Many joggers and runners here in my area don't use there apple or Samsung watches, they use a Garmin or fitbit, something specific for workouts.

Thanks for this review. I am so torn between the 5 Pro and the Classic. The classic is outrageously priced so high that the watch 5 pro looks like such a great option, but I already bought the watch 5 Pro from Amazon and I hated it, but I keep looking back and wondering if I should have just kept it instead of returning it. I thought about buying the watch 6 44mm because it has the same price as the pro 5 right now, but only the classic has the same features as the pro, the regular watch 6 variants can't play music through the speaker like the classic, they require you to use bluetooth headphones, which is complete bs. So, like I mentioned, I'm turn between the classic and Pro 5, and even though the pro 5 is complete trash when it comes to the sensors, giving inaccurate readings because it's just not that accurate at all, I'm still strongly debating ordering it again because after I bought it, they lowered the price by almost 30 bucks, and so now I'm like, dang, should I get it again? I could actually feel the sensors lasering me, the green light I could actually feel that lasering me. And when I look on the description of it it says that it has a prop 65 California cancer warning, and it says that it emits known cancer causing chemicals.... So, as you can see, I'm in kind of a dilemma between all of this, so I really just don't know if I want a galaxy watch after seeing that cancer warning and actually being able to feel the sensor light lasering me.

Plus, I forgot to mention that the screen resolution and the Samsung Internet browser make the phone feel so obsolete. Typing on a Samsung Galaxy watch is a joke. I can't even use any punctuation without having to switch the entire keyboard screen to the special character screen. It's really frustrating to even use, so you can clearly see my dilemma.

We bought 2 watch 6's a couple of days ago, a classic for myself and a watch 6 for the wife, the strap has fallen off her watch 6 a total of 6 times so far including a replacement from the Samsung store. The store are refusing to replace the watch because it now has a tiny scratch due to falling on the floor in one of those watch strap failures.

what exactly do you mean with the strap has fallen of here watch? I never use the straps that comes with the watches, I always use a after market strap for it

The strap comes loose from the top of the watch. The pins basically retract if the watch rides up at all towards bones at the top of the wrist. It's a known issue, just Google it.

I can accept the battery life to have the companion watch. I just charge it when I'm taking a break so it will be ready for bedtime. I tried the pro. It was way too big for my wrist and looked ridiculous. I'll be glad when Samsungs technology can accommodate smaller wrists.

People complaining about the battery life, once you get the watch first things first, clear the caches and wipe data, then start using the watch. Wait for 2 days until it learns your usage patterns, once done the watch easily lasts for 1.5 days, at least for me, with almost all the features turned(LTE). Its a great watch. I just wish it was as smooth as an iwatch but overall great.

Lte shud be used for emergency call when your phone is out off battery. Not for regular calls which last 45 min..

I just bought the Watch6 Classic. It wouldn't pair with my phone, after 4 hours Samsung tech Support said yes we are having serious issues with pairing and the 'wearable' software. I'm sending it back.

yeah but that is just exactly what i thought before this GW6 came out, and 🤣🤣 but i do have doubts about whether those new upcoming upgrades will be really worth it since they are also bringing the prices really high for the newest smartwatches, my first smartwatch was a Gear S2 Classic, and when i got a gear s3 and used it for a week or something i started to miss my gear s2 classic so I gave it to my GF and I just waited for the GW4, but when I saw it I immediately didn't like it, and I had the same with the GW5 and when the GW6 later came on the market and once I saw how high those prices suddenly were, I bought it but I just bought it because I don't think the wait is really worth it for something that is also a lot more expensive, and yet I like the Gear s2 classic just as much as this GW6 but its also because i don't use all those new features and stuff that much

I charge my phone every night, and put my Active 2 watch on charge every night. No problem. Presumably Samsung know people do this, so that's all the battery most people need most of the time. Bigger battery means a thicker and heavier watch, which is uncomfortable, and more cost. So they've worked out the right balance between battery size/life and a light comfortable watch. Makes sense to me. If I'm going to go hiking and use GPS a lot then I'd buy the 5 Pro, which has a much bigger battery. So they've given us the choice. Btw my A2 just keeps going, still with enough battery after 3 years hence I haven't updated...yet.

Yeahh exactly, and i also recommend to take some time in the settings and configurate the watch only for where you use it for as example if you dont care about the heardbeatsensor then i should turn that off for sure since it can be a big battery drainer, in my experience this almost double my battery life with 3 watches

The Watch 6 Classic is just what the tech doctor ordered... The rotating bezel sold me to upgrade from the Watch 5 Pro. It became a neccessary move to avoid fingerprint smudges that hampered my ability see important functions to move me about smoothly!

@poligonzo5300 Samsung's Galaxy Watch 6 ⌚️ Classic battery 🔋 life is phenomenal... The best way to extend the watch battery life is TURN OFF THE ALWAYS ON DISPLAY feature... No one needs to stare at their wrist all throughout their day. The Watch 6 Classic can easily go 2 to 3 days w/o recharging.

i use my as Bluetooth and its nice to be able to have my expensive phone somewhere safe at work andn still get notifications. also i hate ring tones and i used to miss a lot of messages mails and cals. so yeah for me i have to have a watch with my phone. ironicly i hated watches since they showed just time. now there is more functionality in the watch than just time. but its up to you if you like the features

I thought the same, but have found they are handy for alerts, timers, and phone calls when the phone is out of reach. The health and fitness features could improve the quality of your life, and the ECG, blood pressure and fall monitors could save your life. If you get a Samsung, I suggest the standard 40 mm 6 as it's the lightest, smallest and most comfortable, meaning you can forget it's there until you need it.
