It is hard to belive that this practically all started because Grian didn't wanted to finish the back of his base.

I love how both Doc and Grian are scared of each other's retaliations. One is scared of what the other is capable of, the other is scared of the first's one's randomness. Both literally can't predict each other like night and day, it's great.

How did Grian go from "This is Doc's world. We just live in it" to "I wanna see what happens if you poke the goat"

For someone who is bannable by some sand, Grian has a lot of confidence.

You should fix Mumbo's vault door for him so that he will have conflicted feelings about being a buttercup

After everything Zedaph went to to get a dragon egg, imagine if Doc goes to drop a shulker full of dragon eggs at Zedaph's base with a sign saying 'remember who your friends are'

This is exactly why pearl wanted to hide the egg in the first place. We were doomed ever since Grian stole it

I can’t decide what brought me more joy - the egg prank, or watching Ren repeatedly blow through entire stacks of rockets in one click

Tbh no matter how many eggs you put in Grians base, it won't annoy him nearly as much as the fact that you've completely undermined his egg economy.

Doc writing his sign: "Let's see who's got the bigger balls" hmm do you think they'll get the pun? Ren fully aware that the pun doesn't work in English: "yes."

Doc shall be forever known as the hermit with the longest flagpole and the biggest balls

Ren: "I'm feeling guilt but also incredible pleasure at the same time." Doc: "That's a good prank then." Better words have never been spoken.

So now Doc has a watchdog… Eh. Um. Who’s gonna tell him that buttercups are also poisonous to dogs?

Rendog: I can’t blow up your base mumbo. People gonna hate me. Also Rendog: “This must be the most evil prank on hermitcraft. *continues to maliciously placing eggs*.

Bonus side effect: keralis can now make all the lamps he could ever want with these eggs!

Never before has a Minecraft video made me go „oh what the f***“ out loud. I mean Doc‘s shenanigans are always mind blowing. But that machine ran for only like a minute. Jeez, Doc :D have mercy on the Buttercups :D

Doc may be ruthless, but Ren is bloodthirsty. A small but very important distinction.

I like how doc duped millions of eggs but used only a few thousand so the cleanup will be easier, truly honourable

I'm both terrified of and anticipating the day/season when Doc and Grian join forces. They're always at odds with each other, so those two working together would be really awesome to see (Whether that awe is terrified or excited is yet to be discovered)

I think it’s safe to say we should be very concerned for the buttercups this episode

The “It all started when Grian touched my redstone” quote starts to sound more and more like the opening line to the apocalypse.

The Buttercups unintentionally foiling the mad scientist at every turn is the exact kind of cartoon humor I came for

Doc, Grian and Scar need a lesson in escalation management. This went from some hapless button pressing to "The Great Egg War" real fast.

Grian got a buff. He is safe from the anvil cannon given that his game crashes by falling blocks

Doc and Ren trying to keep composure while discussing "dragon balls" is incredibly amusing

I love how the boys, with their 3 brain cells, are always able to mess with Doc not because they know what they are doing, but because they have no idea. 😂

I was astounded when I saw Grian, Mumbo, and Scar's videos showing all the dragon eggs carpeting their bases then I came here to see how doc pulled it off *and then I was even more astounded by the fact that doc didn't even use all the eggs he got*

The worst thing is once Grian tries to get rid of the eggs, unless he uses a piston it will take a LOT longer to clear with a crash between each egg 😂

Give a shulker of them to zed to see how he reacts after what he went through with grian.

Future of Hermitcraft: The world was never the same after the Great Goatening. Ever since the two who shall not be named demolished Doc's tunnel bore, the server was sent spiraling down a path that would eventually lead to it's demise. This was inevitable, of course, with Grain's natural curiosity towards the nature of Doc's retaliations and the increase in severity as the Goat annihilated all those who stood opposed. In the beginning there were only three: Docm77 and Grian with GoodTimesWithScar, two versus one, although this one doctor could battle the strength of thousands. After the damaging of Doc's most prized machinery, it started simple, a bunch of friends partaking in lighthearted pranks against one another: a few wither skulls, an oddly volatile mattress, and a couple thousand eggs. A new fighter then entered the ring on the side of Grian and Scar, and his name was MumboJumbo. They took up a new name, "The Buttercups." To even out this discrepancy in players on each side (although, to be frank, it wasn't needed) Doc recruited a new member known as Rendog to eavesdrop upon their meetings. Doc's next retaliation was a brutal one, that covered their bases in hundreds of dragon eggs, which nearly destroyed all the Buttercups' drive, but they banded together and struck back with even greater force. This battle escalated and continued for a while. Rendog decided to become a double agent. He told the Buttercups that he was joining their side after he had seen the destruction Doc had left in his wake, but in reality he would just report back to Doc on all of their plans. As time went on, Rendog became a quadruple, sextuple, and octuple agent, before he turned into a secret mole for Doc's side that was acting as a mole for the Buttercups that was acting as a mole for Doc that was acting as a mole for the Buttercups that was acting as a mole for Doc that was acting as a mole for the Buttercups that was acting as a mole for Doc that was acting as a mole for the Buttercups that was acting as a mole for Doc that was acting as a mole for the Buttercups that was acting as a mole for Doc that was acting as a mole for the Buttercups that was acting as a mole for Doc that was acting as a mole for the Buttercups that was acting as a mole for Doc that was acting as a mole for the Buttercups that was acting as a mole for Doc that was acting as a mole for the Buttercups...(x999+) The pranks' limits expanded ever further as more hermits had to choose a side. The next to join Doc's side was BdoubleO100 who had been mistreated by Scar in the past, along with his horses, and sought revenge. Their unofficial name became "The Goats" as the Buttercups repeatedly referred to them by that alias. Zedaph was the next to join the fight as a Buttercup, followed by Cubfan135 as a Goat, ImpulseSV and GeminiTay as Buttercups, and FalseSymmetry and iJevin as Goats. Even VintageBeef and xBCrafted joined as a Buttercup and a Goat respectively. The only people who didn't involve themselves were Xisumavoid, who decided to remain neutral, TangoTek, who was still working on Decked Out, and Pearlescent Moon, who was profiting immensely from outside the battlefield. She proceeded to become the richest hermit on the server purely through her trash lady services, cleaning what was left over from each enormous prank, and making bank because of it. After the expansion of the teams and countless pranks, Doc's "No-Entry" sign in the perimeter stretched to world height, listing all the Buttercups and numerous alter-egos. After this came the Hermitcraft: Endgame. Because of his enjoyment from the combustion of Mumbo's base, Scar learned more about explosives and finally learned that the dead coral does not make the bombs go flying. Once he knew that, he figured out how to make a carpet bomber and the server had never seen worse days. Finally, to end this madness, in response to the Buttercups' "filling the entirety of the perimeter with sand" prank (Grian couldn't partake in this because Doc still hadn't told him how to fix the falling block bug), Doc used his mega ultimate ability super trap card and developed a redstone machine that could open a gateway into the fourth dimension. Grian and Scar saw this as they were about to enter the perimeter again as "The Fowl Fowl and Apollo (although Scar would always pronounce it "Apapalo")," and they knew the war was over. Doc then used this to summon "The Tessergoat" which collapsed the server into a singularity and enabled Doc to execute Order 66 on all of the Hermits he opposed. This immediately ended the Buttercups, as they had poked the Goat sufficiently and paid the price. Right after this event, Iskall rejoined the server after a successful season of Vault Hunters, ready to play Hermitcraft, but there was nothing left. Prologue: It was time. During his years spent underground without a glimmer of sunlight, TengoTek had fully transformed into a cave-dwelling creature. He gained inherent night vision, pale skin, and severe scoliosis from leaning down to place powered rails (basically, he became a gamer). Today was the day he left the dungeon. He exited the citadel and the bright sun shone down upon his face. At first, his sensitive cave-eyes were blinded. He opened his mouth to announce the completion of Decked Out, his life's work, but as his eyes adjusted to the light, he looked over the ruined landscape and realized it was too late...

I swear Grian and Scar keep breaking things in Docs perimeter unintentionally whenever they visit

You should also edit their todo list at the buttercup camp to have "rebuild tunnel bore" and "apologize to Doc"

Tango is going come to the surface after finishing Decked Out and just find Hermitcraft a crater full of eggs.

We need to remember that if a prank ever goes too far, or is too much to clean up. The Hermits WILL help eachother. Again, all adults and friends

the fact that doc is openly feeling guilt and thinking he probably is over doing this is just proof of his strength of character and matureness

I desperately want someone to animate ren and doc spreading the dragon eggs as if they were flowergirls before a wedding

I would argue that the zombie / crown prank on Grian was the MOST successful because Mumbo's unknowing participation in the prank made Grian freak out, panic and then burn the crown that he thought made him Mumbo's best friend. Sounds like some effective emotional trauma to me!

Grian's next episode is just going to be filled with footage from Scar and Mumbo because he gets blue-screened everytime the eggs move 😂

I couldn't stop laughing at Ren whizzing into the sky every time he set off a stack of rockets at once!

To think, this all started because Grian didn't want to finish building the back of his base.

I just feel bad for Zedaph, he went through a lot to get a dragon egg and now there's thousands of them.

With Doc having declared independence from Ren's kingdom in the first half of the season, having Ren and Doc teaming up once again is absolutely glorious. So. Many. Dragon. Eggs. @_@

Not Doc gaslighting Ren into thinking Grian and Scar were the ones to drag Mumbo into this. 😂

Honestly, watching the hermits play minecraft is completely on another level! This is basically magic, Doc! Also, 22:54 until 23:18 kinda sounds like music. I think I have to add 'Doc dancing to the beat of explosions' to my future animations list.

Imagine, if Doc was suddenly Mumbo's best friend. The dilemma of the Mustachio. I mean, not that best-friendship can be easily camped these days.. And surely, best firends gotta work together, right?

I can't wait until this mess crashes the server and Xisuma just shows up to lecture them like a dissappinted parent. 😂

Doc, 'no holds barred' originated from wrestling, it means a match with no restricted moves (holds). Awesome episode. I was hoping that we'd finally get to see goat mecha in action and that he would annihilate Camp Buttercup (and give 'goateater' some serious indigestion), but forgot he doesn't fire forwards and needs flat ground. But thousands of dragon eggs sure made up for it 😅

I like a lot how Doc came up with this evil plan, and then Ren was dead set on making it as horrific as possible.

I love how throughout the placement of the eggs, Doc was just trying to get over with it as quickly as possible while it was Ren who was having the time of his life placing them in all the nooks and cranies…

Man, I'm just think about Mojang Devs watching this video and writing down all the bugs they'll need to figure out how to fix.

To be fair, Doc restrained himself so hard, cuz, in the end, all of the Buttercup Crew were still able to see the floor of their bases and not go mad with the noise.

Doc's too nice. This would have been funnier (and much more proportionate) if he'd gotten eggs inside all the nooks and crannies, so Scar and Grian spent the rest of the reason randomly running into them. Bulk clearing the "problematic" dragon eggs will probably go much faster then clearing the chickens, and there isn't a ton of lag/noise to act as an incentive for thoroughness.

Moral of the story: don't EVER make Grian finish the back of his base

A button that says "Do Not Push" but just is attached to a piston that pushes a piece of sand would be a hilarious trap for Grian Even after he gets the issue fixed, it'd still be a funny joke

I'm starting to think whoever gave Grian permission to dupe the dragon egg made a mistake.

"No holds barred" comes from barring holds, meaning holds in wrestling that are barred (not allowed) in a given match. In a no-holds-barred match, all holds are considered legal.

I don't know which scares me more, The fact that this new prank war is going so far, Or, the fact doc is scared to log back on after that
