I'd recommend making a sickle for chests/coins than the one you use to mine other blocks, since you won't accidentally mine other blocks with it, which both avoids clogging your inventory and makes your chest breaking tool last longer

Etho just a warning, when you put your gold coin piles on the ground, if they get blown up by a surprise creeper, they will be all destroyed. I lost 2 stacks of gold and some platinum that way and now I keep it in my ender chest out of paranoia

Etho, if you hold shift it will compare one item in your inventory against what you have equipped, by showing you both info panes at once

Hi Etho, I dont know if I can explain this correctly, but, you dont need to put one item in your pouches, there is a memory setting whick makes your pouch remember the slot and stores that specific item upto 64 if you need to store more than 64, a stack upgrade is required

Easy Villagers is a mod that is already available to you, it lets you pick up villagers like items. This is a good way to get emeralds. This is a really fun series!

A common VH strategy when building/designing tools is to put coin affinity on a tool *without* Picking (or more generally; coin and wooden affinity on a tool that only shears). That way you don't accidentally tear up the world and clutter your inventory with background objects. One tool for looting, with trap disarming and all the affinities and no picking, and one for mining, with a very high durability and copiously as well as picking and shoveling. That said, you're kind of bound by the jewels you luck into finding.

Hey Etho! You can get lots of netherite using the recycler to recycle vault gear you don’t need. Hopefully that helps!

BTW, when organizing your inventory mid vault, i believe you can put items into your shulkers without placing, opening, and breaking by just right clicking items into the shulker, similar to how bundles work

Just a little tip: you can open your backpack, click settings and save the items so you can take everything out (it leaves a ghost mark to see whats in the slot). You can also upload the save to a different backpack if you lose it ^^

Etho is truly OP. He is surrounded by hostile vault mobs but stops and takes his time organizing his inventory while taking damage...priorities.

Useful tip about the pouches: the pickup upgrade has a "match items in pack" setting where it will only pick up things already in the pouch, which I've found very useful for looting vaults

For Knowledge points you also need to keep in mind that the different trees increase or decrease the future knowledpe-point cost of the other mods, for example if you take production future mods will cost twelve more than they would otherwise. I dont know though if the increase is just for that one tree or every mod, but I think its every mod.

WOO I've been looking forward to this episode so much!! Easily the highlight of my week! Just a few small tips, if it's any help at all and understandable if not, and I hope you have a lot fun playing vault hunters!: - If you're wearing a vault item (or holding one, like a shield, sword, etc) and shift over another vault item you don't have equipped/are holding you can compare the two items side by side instead of manually hovering over them to check the affinities the item/weapon/armor piece has - you can pick up a shulker box and hover over items in your inventory, and if you right click on the items then, they'll be transferred into the shulker box without having to place it down - This one depends on the playstyle you're going for, but if you have multiple pouches with the pick-up upgrade in your inventory, you could set them to pick up any items (even blacklist shards so they don't get picked up by the pouches), and combined with the magnet you can break/drop items from chests and the items'll automatically be transferred to the pouches instead of needing to be manually put in shulker boxes

Seeing you and Iskall playing together is so nostalgic. Memories of HCS8, HermitQuest, Foolcraft, and most importantly Enigmatica 2. That’s where Iskall introduced you to me and I subbed for the first time after hearing about Etho this and Etho that throughout so many of his series. :)

For the mining tool, abandon the pick. Get a scythe and jewel it up for coin and chest affinity with mining speed. Create another pick specifically to mine ores (silk touch to bring out of vault, fortune when ready to use). Useful tip: you can vein mine coins.

A few tips: -You can pick up villagers if you shift+right click them. -With Animal Jars and Animal Pens, you can have a 1 block farm per animal. -There is a filter option within the backpack settings. It has a brain icon and it will remember what items you want it to pick up, without needing to leave an item in each slot. (you can also load the filter in a different backpack). -Create is a really expensive mod in terms of crafting materials. So, make sure you can afford the items you want to craft before spending your Knowledge Points. -Don't forget to enchant your tools with Durability. -There is cookie jars and the Camera mod! haha Love the series! It warms my heart seeing you have fun ^-^

Modded isn't typically the content I gravitate towards, but seeing you enjoy this pack makes me realize its charm :) Excited to see the rest of the quests and what you and the Hermits get up to!

ETHO !! we are having so much fun with this series glad you are enjoying it. some tips : 1- you should make a sickle and put coin + wooden affinity on it 2- second tool should be living + ornate and gilded 3- when you click settings on your backpack you can save the items without actually having to store them 4- Easy villager mod is already unlocked you can just pick a villager like an item and trade with them 5- gems are very important down the line so does random stuff you get from any chest 6- if you hold shift on a gear it will compare it to the one you are wearing

Etho some Vault Hunters tips for you! - it's better to have silk touch on your pick and not fortune for ores, then mine them later - when setting filters there's a button on the pouch that sets it for you, so you don't need to leave items in there lol - hold off on crafting another knowledge star until the quest, as you need to craft one for the quest - Netherite is super easy to get from bounties, just cycle the bad ones and hope you get a good one lol - Don't kill baby slimes that's how they poison you - Get javelins, they're super handy for dealing with mobs from a distance Hope these help! :D

Javelin is super good imo. Ranged, very cheep to use, scales on how much damage your sword does, really good

I love how Etho is just enjoying himself and taking decoration blocks from the vaults. I predict that by episode 5 or something he'll somehow have surpassed the entire server

Hi Etho! I picked the mod up when you guys started and had some fun with it. Would recommend to get a few villagers to get a secure source of emeralds. You can pick up villagers with shift+rightclick for easy relocation. I combined that with those animal pens /animal jar thingys to get a good wool source and sell those to the villagers for sustained emeralds. I guess later game there is also a Mod vor villager trading, what might be more powerful. Also would recommend the compacting drawers for some of the item types. A lot of loot from the dungeon is cubeable. Hope you have lots of fun and raid those dungeons to your hearts content.

Hey Etho, a few tips you might find useful: -for emeralds I think it's the easiest to get them vanilla way, so trading with villagers - you can pick them up for easy transport, and cycle their trades, so they are way better to handle than normally, and assuming you guys are on hard if you cure them you can get infinite emeralds to help you with enchanting (although it's not that costly and you might get enough later on anyway) -for the backpack - it only picks up stuff into it from the ground, so you will want to break the chests - but for breaking the chests it might be worth it to get like a sickle and put the affinity gems on it - because you don't need Picking, and that way you will not break the blocks around the chests (so feel free to use veinminer while mining the chests then) - also, you don't need to keep 1 of the items in the backpack, it has memory which you can save (to different slots) and you can actually fill the template from JEI even by draggin the items, just play around with the settings or ask someone who played before for a quick intro on how it works exactly - the backpacks in VH are awesome! -on the legendary modifiers - the trait you picked is good, but remember that legendary modifier doesn't always mean it's the best thing ever, it's just a better version of the modifier, but it can still be bad, and as you saw, it rolls on scrappy etc., in the long run this will be good for you, but now you will often change gear, so don't worry too much, try to get stuff that suits you -on armor etc- you can compare the items (not sure the hotkey, maybe ctrl?) -on slimes/poison - you should try to avoid killing the small slimes - as in normal game they don't hurt you - but they do let out poison when killed - and not sure if you are aware - poison CAN KILL you in VH, it does not end at half a heart! -keep up the good job! :D I don't remember if I wanted to write anything else, I haven't played VH for a long time, but watching you guys play it gives me the urge to get back into it...

Etho you can have multiple backpacks. You just need the pickup upgrade and they will suck the items up if the backpacks are sitting anywhere in your inventory.

No gimmicks to the Cove (Pirate) room; it's just super rare. What a find!

just some tips: you can make more pouches and keep them in ur inventory, they dont have to be on ur back you unlock the next tier of tools at level 20, which should be after 3 or so vaults. if you can wait, its probably smart to save them but if you have spare affinitys you may as well craft a shard pouch to pickup all the purple things mobs in a vault drop (they'll be useful very soon) if you prefer the elixir vaults to monolith vaults, you can use a seal (that black rectangle thing) to craft a purple seal that if you add to a crystal using an anvil makes the vault elixir the vault compass points towards the spawn room but not the entrance, meaning it can lead you to the back or sides of the spawn room (they'll be bedrock walls). you can make better burgers now that you have unlocked vault chees (more exp) enjoy the modpack!

That room with all the coins is called an omega room. Unless the vault has modifiers or you trigger a trap from a chest, no mobs will spawn there. Theres omega rooms for every chest type, coins, and for ores. Theres also challenge rooms which have basically the same loot as the omega rooms but spawn mobs. The village room you did with iskall is an example of a challenge room.

Glad to see you enjoying vault hunters. Here are some extra tips based off this episode. 1. Some details on gear rarity (scrappy, common, rare, epic, omega) in order of rarity. The rarer the gear, the more modifier slots there are (prefix, suffix). The legendary gear you speak of is actually not a rarity, but a bonus to the rolls of the modifiers on the gear. There can only be 1 legendary modifier per gear, and can be lost if you reroll the modifiers. They also cannot be crafted so you can only get these through RNG. Legendary modifiers rolls value that exceed what you can normally get at the gear level. E.g. you might roll a +6 armor modifier, which you would only normally get at a higher level gear. 2. Beware of gear levels. I noticed in your first run with Iskall, you equip the focus (level 7) when you are level 6. This means that the equipment stats have no effect on you. This is normally only an issue when running co-op due to levels differences between players. (Vault gear level drops is based on the crystal level) 3. Backpack filters. You put a copy of each item inside your pouch so that the autopickup can only grab those items. However, there are tabs on the right side of the that allows you to save the slots to only allow certain items. You might want to look into that. Also, researching backpack upgrades is definitely worth it. 4. Speaking of backpacks, they do not need to be in your bauble slots to work. You can carry multiple backpacks on you, each equip with pickup upgrade and ideally, stack upgrades as well. But do know that backpacks increase your revive cost if you die (when you lose beginner grace). You can also bind a hotkey to open your backpack which opens from (bauble slot -> hotbar -> inventory) 5. Rooms. There are normal, challenge and omega rooms. What you found at the end is an omega room (pirate cove). Omega rooms are room that contains great loot without any downside (mobs). Challenge room is the crystal room that you found that contains ores. They are room with good loot but requires you to fight through mobs. The village is also a challenge room. Also, normal rooms have specific structures that might help you tell what type of room they are (e.g. ore rooms, chest rooms). If you are ore hunting, look for rooms without any water, there are more condition than just that but you can ask Iskall for the specifics. 6. Lasty, I recommend crafting a new pickaxe instead. Chromatic iron are cheap, whereas the item to repair them are slightly expensive. I do not recommend repairing any gear until you are using level 50 tools or if you have a well jeweled gear. You might also want to carry a mending pickaxe (for breaking vault stones blocking ores and other stuff that might hurt your durability) and only use your jeweled tool on chests/ores.

Some tips for running elytra in the vault. Right clicking armor in your inventory will swap it with your currently equipped elytra and vice versa. If you put your armor in the top middle slot of your inventory (where your cursor is every time you open your inventory) you can open your inventory and right click to swap armor without moving your mouse! When using dash with elytra it can be too fast and at higher levels of dash you can one shot yourself if you are not careful. A slower but safer method is to dash at a slight incline and deploy your elytra when you start falling. If done properly you will take a few hearts at most if you crash. When using dash if you jump immediately before dashing you get extra height similar to a rocket jump in some fps games.

You can find ancient debris in areas where the vault crystals are. Ancient is actually fairly common in those areas I'm surprised you didn't find any in that legendry crystal room you were looting in the second vault.

A couple of quality of life features you can leverage: 1. You can use your shulker box to pick up items in your inventory by picking up the shulker box (with mouse) and right clicking on the item in your inventory inventory 2. When you open a chest or shulker box arrows appear on the right side beneath the chest’s/box’s inventory screen … you can use those arrows to put all like items into the chest/box Really enjoying watching the series.

Hey Etho! The arrows in the chests will put everything in the inventory they are pointing to. Even easier than sorting!

Love this! Also, few tips, though you are doing great: 1. Hold tab to see your current bounty 2. In backpack, you can click on the cog and then in the memory setting, you can set the items you want without needing any of the item. Also, in the pick-up, you can set it to "match backpack content only". 3. Villagers can be picked up with shift right-click - but remember to break their workstation first - They can sometimes be buggy otherwise.

Loving the episodes Etho! A few tips: - I'd personally go for Speed I think, it's very useful because it decreases the time you waste between rooms and overall speeds up looting. After that I'd definitely go for Javelin or another DPS ability. - IMPORTANT: Pouches have a built in memory system. You dont need to keep one of each item in them. You can access it on the top right of the pouch UI, somewhere in the cogwheel button I think. - Vault Tools can't get repaired via mending/anvil, but they have Repair slots. You can repair them up to how many repair slots they have, using a Repair Core on them consumes one slot. Not sure if the cost is worth it for your current tool though. You unlock the next tier of tools soon I think (more capacity + repairs). - Holding shift when you are hovering over a piece of gear brings up your equipped gear's stats in order to compare them - Lastly, gear only has 5 tiers. Scrappy - Common - Rare - Epic - Omega. "Legendary" refers to the tiers of the MODIFIERS on gear/jewels, with legendary being by far the best (insane numbers in comparison to the rest of the tiers). I think the modifier tiers go from 1-5 (and after that is Legendary) and they scale with the level of the person that looted them (ie level of the gear piece). That's all! I'm having a ton of fun watching you slowly learn the modpack. Hope you enjoy it, thanks for the videos!

I love Etho taking the time to swipe things like fancy torches and cool blocks from the vault. Stealing the decor is absolutely what I do in vaults, and it feels good to know we share that.

Fyi etho I think that legendary gem that had coin affinity on it, it also had 'picking', which iirc that can turn any other tool into one that also be used as a pickaxe. If you used that on an axe for example it would've turned it into something that breaks wood, stone and coins. Maybe it only works like that for the chromatic iron/steel tools but it's at least worth remembering

Ahhh my Etho withdrawl is cured. So nice to see Etho playing around with modded in a group once again. Makes me wish for another FTB series.

I think you should still go for the item rarity build. Yes, nobody does but maybe you can check if the build is OP or not. You can get POGs in the chests and other items that most people won't normally get. I don't really know but with 100 days to play the game this sounds like a fun strategy. I watched a lot of Iskall videos and it's kinda boring too see the same playstyle (javelins, dash, heal, etc). It's kinda refreshing to see other hermits playing with totally different mechanics of the mod that I didn't even heard of.

A thing I've found usefull when starting a Vault, is to note which way the portal is facing or which way its heading. This way you can easily remember which way you need to head or if you are infront or behind the portal room. For multiplayer you can do "/msg player North Facing" for example. Ps getting a Pouch that has filtered pickup for jewels and unidentified gear is very nice for the future. Pss you can use JEI to set the filter slots in the pouches by dragging :D

Just a few tips: Hold shift while hovering over gear to compare to what you have equipped (or what item is in your main hand for weapons) If you shift click the balance button on the crafting table it'll spread all the stacks evenly, useful for dumping things you want to compact in. There's a hotkey to auto compress items if you put your mouse over it and hit the key when you have a crafting table open Try to rush the quests they give super useful rewards Pickup upgrades only work if you pick up the item so when emptying chests drop them! Can't wait to watch you master this like decked out!

Etho! Just a thought: for your pouch, it might be easier on your inventory if you were to put all gems and a slot or two for coins rather than chest items, since you don't have a chest breaker yet. (If you make a chest breaker before next episode, by all means disregard this it just might make it easier on your inventory till you get one.) Since those items will never come to your inventory first they always fall to the ground as items👍 Lovin the series so far, keep up the good work! 🇨🇦

Every time Iskall has started a new play through of Vault Hunters, I've imagined learning to play at the same time. Each time though, he zooms of ahead before I even begin. I might have a better shot trying it alongside you, Etho. Especially so, considering I've always thought that, building small farms for crystal materials, and gathering modded blocks for decoration, to be underrated parts of the game!

A tip for comparing gear is to hold shift and mouse over the gear you want to compare with your equipped one and it will show both side by side! Also works with for example the weapon you are holding in your hand!

YAY more Etho VH content! Love the hermits playing VH so much. Side Tip regarding your tool question Every tool and armor piece will roll a random repair slot which is seen at the top of the tool tip for the item meaning once the durability is depleted you can use a repair core to restore the item to full durability as long as there is available repair slots. Once the repair slot is used the indicator on the tool tip will go from gray to yellow to indicated that it has been used. so repairing the tool and using the jewel would be perfectly reasonable. You're going to get LOTS of jewels so no need to worry about saving them.

So happy to see Etho is back on the server, its a shame the server will only last 100 days. but maybe he will make a standalone series on it after, i would LOVE to see that!

Loved the episode Etho ! For the tools, the optimal thing is to have 2 or 3 : One paxel for wooden chests with wooden affinity and maximum mining speed. Another pick/Paxel/hammer for ores with Copiously (and fortune 3), and durability. And just a hook with all special chests affinities (living, ornate, coin, gilded) and item rarity/quantity & trap disarm. Or combinations of those You can also repair the tools with a "repair core" on an anvil. For the skill point, i'd recommend any combat spell, like javelin or nova, those scale with your weapon's&suff bonus dmg. so don't fire while holding your potion for ex. (I loved the poison nova during my playthrough) Or More strength.

It is so interesting seeing Etho in the noob phase of a Minecraft mod pack. I’m so used to him being the sensei.

Etho! Few tips from a lvl 50+ hunter. 1. Heal is busted. Max that asap 2. Most abilities scale off your ability power, however javelin scales off your held weapon. Having a high damage weapon and javelin significantly increases your damage. Also, get the piecing javelin. Its very satisfying to use and I think the best out of all of them. In addition, the javelin is also affected by other buffs (strength, depleted, etc) making it even stronger. 3. A shield with thorns is super good! Especially against hard to hit tiny zombies (babies). 4. Early game I think armor > health since your heal is weak and everything scales a bit odd. Once heal is maxed, health > armor since most of the time your heal will be strong enough to fully heal you (if youv maxed it out) 5. Stick villager for emeralds. Easy game. 6. Pouches are amazing for looting but tend to hit a max after a certain point. Once you upgrade your pouch enough times, the extra space doesnt really do much for you since there are only so many types of items. 7. Double bounties is not only very strong, but very fun. (Its an expertise point) 8. Hunter sucks. Im very disappointed with it, would not recommend. Hopefully this helps!

Etho, a tip for Vault Hunters! When you are looting chests, now that you have a magnet, instead of shift clicking the items into your inventory throw them on the ground (I know it sounds weird). The pouch that you have will only put items in it when they are picked up, not when they are just taken from chests. You may notice that all of the items you sorted into the pouch are still ending up in your inventory and thats why!

I really hope this series continues and doesn’t fade out. I love the concept of this modpack

love to see you doing vault hunters - couple of early game tips I think would be helpful are: bring twelve bamboo into the vault and plant it; make a vault tool that wont destroy things and clutter up your inventory (like a hoe) when you get the jewels for it; push to get max expertise for bounty table so you can take two bounties at a time; my personal favorite build when you get a few more levels that makes running vaults easier is using smite:archon with your gear centered around high ap and health; put a few points in vein miner (you can change your skill point allocation with regret orbs), go to deepslate, and make a tunnel until you find a few stacks of chromatic iron; when you get affinity on a tool, remember you can vein mine chests and coins just like blocks

On the matter of Tools and Jewels... imo you have 2 options. 1) make a Vault Scythe and add the smallest Ornate, Gilded, Wooden, and Living jewels (coin as well if possible) and use this tool as a Looter Tool. 2) suffer with what you have until you can make the next tier of tools, then follow Option 1 for a looter and get some quantity/quality/trap disarm/mining speed/reach/soulbound/durability on there to fill in the rest of the capacity. Then look at your jewels for Picking, Axing and Shoveling. Find the 2 with the lowest size possible and make the highest as the tool (let's say the picking and shoveling jewels are the lowest then you would make an axe tool). Fill the remainder of this tools capacity with the following in this priority order. [ Copiously > Soulbound > Durability > Reach > Mining Speed ]. Later with the 3rd tier+ of tools you could also add a total of 100% Vanilla Immortality to make the tool take 0 Durability outside the vaults. There are also some other jewels that have their uses on other tools such as the Hammers but that's mostly for out of vault farming. So it's best to ignore those for now until you have a use for such things. Have a chat with Iskall, I'm sure he can explain some of the most popular jewel setups for different tools/situations. Well built tools combined with organized and memory filtered pouches will help to accelerate and improve your looting efficiency tremendously.

-you can pick up villagers -the sickle is great for a affinity tool since it wont break blocks behind it (efficieny V is requiered to make the mining of chests instant, with the exception of wooden ones wich requier extra mining speed) -you can veinmine chests and coins -in your pouch settings you can set up memory slots to filter it, without keeping items in it (whitelist with pouch contets= picks up only whats inside including memory slots and overflow goes into empty spots) make couple pouches + affinity tool and true loot and scoot begins -Vault Recycler- recyles gear you wont use and has a chance of giving netherite scrap (honestly think it should be the first station in the quest line that requiers netherite since it can get more of it for the others) -youre doing great

Tips for you: look into the settings of the backpack you can set it so that it remembers the items. Using dash with an elytra works different than using rockets. Rockets create a force for a certain time during which you can steer, dash only creates an initial force making steering really hard so only dash towards open spaces because steering is as you are used to. The stonefall ability can help with negating fall damage for a short time, helpful for jump off stuff. In this pack you can drag items into shulkerboxes and use shulkerboxes to put items in them in you inventory, much quicker. Its common to have multiple tools in the beginning, just so you have all the affinities. Many bounties give a netherite reward at the starter levels.

2 tips I wish I knew sooner. While in your inventory you can grab your shulker box and right click as you hover over an item and transfer that stack of items into it automatically if it has room. Second is being able to hold shift as you hover over a piece of vault gear and it'll bring up the current piece you are wearing so that you can compare side by side. Works on swords/axes too if its in your hand as you open the menu.

Hey Etho, while you are still using shulkers you should be able to right click on items in your inventory while dragging it around, it helps make sure shulkers dont get left behind somehow, and your pouch should have a memory setting on the right hand side where it will remember what items are in those slots so you dont have to keep the items there. Also for your mods, vault compass is often useful because even in vaults where you have to go to a hand in point, the compass can redirect you to it if you shift right click on the block, if you do get another mod create lends way to a lot of automation without the need for a power mod, it will however make any of the other mods in it's category more expensive by the amount in parenthesis, in this case its +12, so another "big mod" like mekanism would go from costing 6 knowledge to 18 knowledge needed to unlock.

Hey Etho, here's a quick tip, when you're looting chests and shifting loot into your inventory it's not going into your pouches, I recommend pressing Q and tossing the items onto the floor from the chest instead of putting it straight into your inventory. Your magnet will pull the items into your inventory and if they have a pouch slot they will go straight to the pouch. Hope this helps! Keep up the great content as always! Hey Beetho! Take a lesson from the bees, travel out from the hive and start gathering resources on the way back. The reason they do this is for efficiency with carrying the load of honey/pollen --as they get heavier they also get closer to home base. The reason this might help you is because you can skip some rooms and only take the best/special ones, then start taking the lamer rooms as you travel back to the portal. 👍

soooo happy to see you did another episode, have wanted to see you playing this for ages. looting and de-looting are the single most important things with this modpack, makes vaults faster and more fun! you can set up pouches so many different ways, assigned slots for items, gear bag, ore bag, scav bag and hoover bag that picks up the overflow. keep an eye for nabbing building blocks or altar items, too. vein mining wood and etc while going down the hallways can save overworld time greatly.

I'd love to see you use this series as a way to learn about the modpack and see if you will enjoy it long-term. If you do, I know I'd love to see a solo series because we NEED another solo-modded series.

I've read that it's useful to have two tools with opposite affinities - split gilded, living, ornate, wooden, and coins so that you have all types covered. Also, pouches are exceptional for keeping your inventory clean. You can filter specific items into a pouch, allowing you to organize just like your color-coded Shulkers. A pouch for vault ores, a pouch for chests, a pouch for scavenger items, and so on. Pouches have to be unlocked, but they're rather cheap.

Great that you're having fun with the mod :D TIP: you can get netherite scraps from the forge when you put bad/older things you won't use. I would also recommend getting a villager or two, you can pick them up which makes it pretty simple too, so no more worrying about emeralds :3

There is a handy little trick you can use when running with elytra. Quark adds a feature where you can swap gear pieces by just right clicking on another one in your inventory. When you open your inventory your cursor will always be on the centre top block, so if you put your chesplate there you can equip your chestplate basicly instantly if you run into some big mob clusters by just opening your inventory and immediatly right clicking

Etho, I am glad you are taking the time to just enjoy playing Minecraft. Be it playing with Team Canada or playing Vault Hunters. Updates are good but not as important as you having fun with with your friends. Always good to hear a happy Etho playing the game that he loves.

Quick backseat tip but holding shift on a gear piece should allow you to compare to your currently equipped gear of the same piece! Loving seeing you enjoy vault hunters!

In your Backpack (and all pouches) you DO NOT need to keep 1 of each item in the pouch that you want "picked up and sorted". On the right side there is a tab for Pouch Options. Look for the Green Brain tab, click it. Look for the "select all slots" button, click it. Then find the Save Slot button and use your mouse wheel to select the "save file slot" you want to save to then click the button. This will make the pouch save your items in each slot, much like Locked Drawers save the item knowledge even when empty. Now you can fully unload your pouches and still have each inventory slot saved in memory. This is a great feature for selecting which loot goes in which pouch. Early on you should be able to get away with 3 or 4 pouches. 1 for vault loot, 1 for vault trash items, 1 for ores, and a little later 1 pouch for all the Scavanger Vault items. I'd also highly recommend your next few knowledge points go towards Double Pouches (eventually Belts, Small Backpacks and Large Backpacks) as well as Stack Upgrades for Pouches... with a Double pouch you should be able to carry/save/loot almost all vault loot, and later with Belts you should be able to carry/save/loot all vault items plus vault gems all together. As you have probably figured out, Inventory Management is paramount and greatly improves your overall looting efficiency inside the vaults. So the Pouches progression mod unlocks are VERY powerful but do get kind of expensive, totally worth it though!

Hey etho love the content! - make a special "chest breaker" tool with all the affinity gems, iskall usually uses a sickle - you can find ancient debris in the vaults - you can "shift Ctrl Q" stacks of items out of a chest if you can't break it so that the items magnet into the correct bag - making pouches with pickup might be better than shulkers when you get a chance - you can upgrade pouches to bigger sizes with knowledge stars That's all, love watching you run the vaults! Drop everything, a new etho video

This series reminds me of the old school feed the beast days. Hard to believe that was 10+ years ago now… I started watching you back when I was 11 years old, I’m 21 now and still a fan.

So now he got the sorting down, just add (Q) to drop items and hold (Q) and then swipe over the items this tosses them on ground for magnet to pick up.... also in backpack there is a memory button to save those items spots without having to leave 1 of each item inside it!!! And if you still going to use the shulkers you can hold in you cursor and right click the items in the chest it adds to the shulker box with out placing in world. and each box color code to the vault chest red= ornate, green=living, yellow= gilded, and brown=wooden. this way its easier to keep inventory clean for faster looting!!! Hope you have fun with this pack and cant wait to see the update videos!!!
