Hero Wars - How to Develop Celeste 

The stats from all skins stack. So you can level them all up you want stats from all of them.

Already voted Sebastian. He's the best hero in the game and much harder to get.

It's simple,get him to something like vio 3 and ONLY upgrade his 2nd and 4th skill as you don't want to give energy from 1st skill,3rd skill is optional,don't invest anything into his 1st arti unless running magic,don't invest into any defensive glyphs otherwise he'll take longer to ult,same with 2nd and 3rd arti,GoE and Skins

Get lucky in hero chest or farm her souls in chapters 14 and 15. Can also use your monthly hero soul chest to claim her souls. Need 80 to summon her.

@@MistyKathrine I’m a noob so hero wars gives you monthly soul stone chests? And btw I thought heroic chest only gave you soul stones not heroes

@@Kr1t1kal-JS15 Heroic chest can give you heroes if you don't have them yet. There is a list of heroes you can find in there. On the 28th of every month there is a hero soul chest the game gives for daily log ins that lets you claim 50 hero souls of your choice from a list of heroes that are available with that item.
