Oops, I think I got off on the wrong foot at this site. It wasn't my fault, honest, it was the Motorhomer :-)
We visit Hertford Camping and Caravanning Club site. I show you around the site, doing a site review. We also visit Hertford Town Centre, which is a really nice place to spend the afternoon. Coffee shops, breweries and nail bars...It's NOT is Essex!

Thanks for the vlog agree about the narrow pitches with the Camping and caravan sites by the time you get a caravan and an awning on its a bit awkward if the ground is wet around the pitch

Hi Graham 12 nights! We stayed there lots of times years ago we live just outside Hertford and now we store the van at ashridge farm and tend to stay there for a cheeky weekend.👍

Thanks for watching. Not sure if I mentioned in the vlog but based on 21 nights Hertford is over £200 cheaper than Ashridge Farm. But we do love Ashridge Farm 👍🏻

Hi Graham. Ilike what you said about not filming in the toilet blocks.....there are some very well known and popular yt bloggers that go into great detail showing how the bogs and showers look....

Thanks for watching. Yes I think if the vlogger should just say if they’re clean / modern etc. I sometimes watch the vlog and you’ll see a door with the red “engaged” sign. So someone is sitting in there whilst they’re talking about the loos. Give people some peace 😆

I have been asked to show the toilets and showers in the comments. I compromise and just show limited pictures or video without sound or commentary but only when it’s appropriate to do so.

@PoshcatsCamping Hey Trev, I probably worded it badly, you know on a murder mystery where someone is going through someone’s drawers looking for evidence and all the while you’re waiting for someone to come in the room…it’s that feeling I get watching people vlog in toilets..

Hi Graham have you done anything on lifepro4 12 volt -100ah batteries? How to charge etc. as we require a new battery so I’m thinking of looking into one but would like more info thank you

P.s for got to say we only now do off grid caravaning as we find the sites are getting to expensive.

Hi, no sorry, not really that well informed on batteries. Never been off grid. I needed a new battery and just bought one from Halfords, just need it to power the motor movers 🤷🏼‍♂️

Your dead right about toilet block vloging. Just say there good or not , we don’t need to see them I can imagine a nice clean toilet block. Only thing I wanna know is if the shower is on a timer

Yes, you’re right. It’s a weird site, but good location for us and not expensive, about £26 a night 👍🏻

Thanks for the video Graham. Stayed there many times. Love Hertford and the canal walks and two railway stations with great access into London. It seems to be a thing with camping and caravanning and narrow pitches. I’m only still with them as have got to that age where they do good concessions. Cheers.
