I've just fitted mine and it's easy to fit, however you will need to register your unit before you fit it to your bike if you don't have an internet connection in your garage etc where you're fitting it after installing the software to your lap top etc. I installed mine, then connected my laptop up as directed only to find it needed a software update and I couldn't configure it until I'd uploaded the latest software so had to take it off again! Also to help route the battery cables I used 2 cable ties, one looped through the 2 battery terminals and then connected to the other by threading it through the hole in the blunt end of the 2nd cable tie. it also helps to remove the fuse cap and fuse from the fuse holder if space is tight.
Just fitted one of these to my 1250gs. Pretty straight forward even for someone as mechanically impaired as me! Great set-up, I only have aux lights plugged in at present but everything works as stated. Very clever little device.
Would be nice to see you fit to a R1200R 2015 onwards machine. I have TPMS but they refer to is as "Tire Pressure Control". I do have a plug that is not connected to anything under the seat but not sure where to plug in your unit.
