This video provides a brief overview of the top grading companies currently on the market. I talk through what has changed recently and give my opinion on a side by side slab quality comparison. As always, thanks for watching!
HGA is great!! Love the slabs. Having a good looking slab is way more important than most people think. Really makes it a display piece and not just another psa slab
Competition is always a good thing as it makes the more popular companies up their game! PSA is the standard, BGS really should be to me and then I've been liking HGA over SGC because of their tough grading which I think will have them hold up long term
Slabs are amazing like I said in the video….but, a green label update would be welcomed by many collectors. But to each their own….collect on my friend!
@@bradsparkes1254 watsup Brad! It's just so lame that they've been talking about this new label design for over a yr. Meanwhile about 10+ grading companies have come out since then and offer custom labels way better than that lame black design they came up with. GMA has been out for a while now, and there is no reason PGx, RCG, HGA, TGT or whoever you want to name should've started brand new companies from scratch with custom labels and accepted and returned submissions before GMA can finalize a simple black label design with nothing to it. All of these new companies saw their chance and took it with PSA and BGS being a mess, and SGC has practically taken the #2 spot at this point. Meanwhile GMA completely fell behind in the race and it's just embarrassing. Not to mention a few of these newer companies are using some form of AI for accurate grades while GMA has off-centered 10's displayed on either their website or INSTAGRAM, I can't remember but saw it on Sports Cards TV video.
