Why these people won't help you out with unloading these cages.... We as drivers should be driving not stacking products out of the cages... You doing great content bro
@@RobertMihalache bro my comments are not to put you in lower position. You are hard working person which is rare these days. That's why I quit hgv because I was tired of being their servant. Great content bro
Good question mate. I used to work in a supermarket RDC and did everything I could to help drivers tip and reload wagons but that's because I had previous experience of doing delivery work myself. Some people are just lazy and entitled and have no concept that the wagon driver has probably had a 50 mile journey before being tipped and has another 50 miles back to another depot, or, like in this case has multiple drops to make so can't spend time doing unnecessary work. It works both ways though, you can get lazy and obnoxious wagon drivers too.
I enjoy these videos Robert, just you doing your job which is what people love to see as it gives an insight as to what it's really like. I'm currently doing a class 1 apprenticeship and find videos like this great 👍
I used to work in a supermarket warehouse tipping and reloading wagons to go to and from RDC's. Those cages are bloody horrible, especially on loose terrain, the wheels are so small they easily get stuck and they can pitch and tilt if they are particularly heavy and you're not concentrating on what you are doing. I've seen both wagon drivers and warehouse staff have these fall on top of them. It didn't help that where I worked a lot of the trucks had faulty tail lifts which made everything harder... Good content as always matey. Keep on trucking.
Hey man, God bless you! Such high spirits! I would like to get more details from you about the cages being used, to possibly implement in the grocery delivery company, could you share some details with me please? Appreciate your support
Is this old footage or recent, remember watching an old video of yours when you was doing the Booker deliveries, you back working there or you doing something else, was there myself a few months ago at the ardwick depot delivering to restaurants and bars in town, shambles of a company in my opinion
You see many people say that is a shit job. It can be tough untill you know the customers and get the right equipment with you. But once you know what you doing it becomes so much better. Usually start at 7am finish about 3pm I would say is not that bad as people say
