Also, we have shown crossover design for the speakers and checked the integrity of the speakers. ⚡

Wow wow wow wow I'm seeing someone in India create speakers with such professionalism for the first time, I feel proud. We often talk about the British Americans ,but watching an Indian passionately explain every detail while pursuing this skill makes me feel so good. Not every detail. He didn't even explain the graph. He tried to make it look complicated. He's just trying to confuse us and trying to make himself look pro. Crossover? Well unless the magnetic field/induction created by those inductors interrupts each other, you don't have to bother about the alignment or placing it 90°. You also don't need those daytonaudio frequency reader. It's all written in the box. Besides, you can tune your sub as low as 30Hz even if it responsd to 35Hz. Box design and size plays an important role here. For bookshelf speakers the most important part is using fullrange driver. Not that mid range speaker because they have low excursion. You can use sweton crossover here. Just replace the non-polar capacitors with the expensive ones, those made for audio. Adios

it depends on your requirement, High End doesnot mean to do compromise on quality, anyways if you think that 3055 transistor is crap, it is not, its being used in worst circuits, make any Class A Amplifier with it

If I were to spend 28000, I wouldn't make, rather buy from top brands. DIYing is all about having good sound for less money or having fun while designing, building and getting sound of your choice by hard work. This project does not seem practically useful. Make something below 10000. Use indian woofer, it's cheap and works equally well for ears. Spend money on branded tweeter of high quality. You won't get that cheap. All other items are available at cheap price.
