This episode is 2 years after the first couple of episodes so yes, you're not tripping, Yuki has been drawn a bit more maturely this episode. I'm so excited for your reaction to the next episode. Properly meeting the twins!

Yes, time has passed. Hikari was 1 from Episodes 1 to 3. At the end of Episode 3, he celebrated his 2nd birthday, which came along with the pregnancy news. Episode 4 has it where Hikari was still 2 in the beginning and then became 3 at the second half of the episode. He's 3 from Episodes 5 and onwards, so two years have passed since Episode 1.
