My cholesterol is 223 according to my last laboratory test result. The doctor recommended alorvastin for 3 months one every night. Thank you sir for the video on cholesterol. This I gave to my husband without knowing that this would reduce cholesterol. He is having first stage liver damage and high level of bad cholesterol, triglycerides also very high with low good cholesterol. His age is 36 and he is non alcoholic. We confirmed this in all tests needed. Then immediately I started giving bhumi amla juice with buttermilk everyday morning in empty stomach. After that will give raw garlic and ginger in honey. After that raw small onions along with breakfast. Gave lemon juice in middle whenever possible. Cooked food with less oil . stopped him from having non veg and outside food. In 30 days we suppose to repeat the tests and we did. All tests results values were normal except good cholesterol. I wanted to share like how bhumi amla helps. In Tamil we say keezhainelli.

Hello Doctor, Please confirm - the Amla mixture should be taken 30mins before lunch/dinner or 1 hr after - 1 teaspoon each time. Should it be mixed with hot water? Or are you asking to make the mixture hot and have 1 teaspoon. Please clarify.
