सरकार कानूनी कार्रवाई करती हैं, इलाज नहीं। भले ही अभियुक्त मर जाए। पुलिस अमानवीयतापूर्ण व्यवहार करती है, भले ही पुलिस सौ बार मंदिर जाता हो। यही हाल वकीलों का है। कानून की आड में मोटी कमाई करते हैं ।

Judge sahab ne bilkul sahi proceedings kee hain. Trial Court mein jab matter pending hain aur trial court ki latest development bhi advocate ko nahin maloom. Patient ye decide nahin kar sakta ke mera treatment iss particular X hospital mein kiya jaaye.

That's what the state is doing. The client is insisting on going to a specific hospital, which is not the best hospital or has the necessary specialization. The Judge gave other options, but the advocate is dragging his feet

😮जज साहब का यह झगड़ा क्यों? यदि वह आश्वस्त न हो तो वह याचिका खारिज कर सकता है। कैदी मानसिक रूप से विक्षिप्त नहीं है, बल्कि मानसिक बीमारी से.याचिकाकर्ता के कंधों पर इतना खर्चा डाल दिया गया है कि वह उसे पूरा नहीं कर पाएगा। न्यायाधीश को यह जानकारी नहीं है कि मेडिकल अस्पतालों में मानसिक बीमारी के इलाज की व्यवस्था है। पीड़ित है

The Judge lost his cool because the advocate is asking him to give a judgement which is contrary to the SC verdict on a similar case. Also, the case is still pending in the trial court, and the advocate wants a HC verdict. HC cannot give a verdict on a case which is pending in the trial court. You approach HC when you want to challenge the trial court verdict, not before that

Are you even listening to the advocate? He wants the judge to give a verdict which goes contrary to SC verdict. The Judge is asking for an affidavit because the advocate is giving undertakings which can be challenged by his client later

Supreme Court ke order me petitioner ne demand ki thi ki vo expenses karne tiyar hai or police ka expenses karne tiyar hai mere case me ye relief nahi hai. Or Supreme court ke order mere case me lagu nahi hai😂😂😂😂

Judge sahab should not lose his coolness and start argue with lawyers like this. At the end a judge is a judge a lawyer can not stand against a judge. Also in argument ego should have no space.

Judge sahab ne dikhaya consideration but consideration se order nahi kiya. Order karte waqt unki ego samne aa gai. Wakil ko dikha diya ki hum judge hain. Shayad main galat hu par aisa hi laga mujhe. 🙏

Agar legal knowledge na ho toh kripya samajhne ki koshish kariye advocate apni zidd par tha Judge sahab chahte tho bina kisi relief ke dismiss kar sakte the par Judge sahab ne Vivek se kaam lete hue puri relief de kar dismiss kiya ki agar aaj wo affidavit file nahi kar rahe tho trial court mein kar sakte hai

न्याय को ये नहीं दिखता की एक बाप का भला चंगा बेटा मानसिक बीमार कर दिया गया उसको न्याय मिला क्या जिसने मानसिक बीमार किया उसे कोई सजा मिली क्या अब वो ग़रीब बाप की कितनी छमता है वकील कैसे १५ मिनट में उससे बिना पूछे तय कर सकता है, इतनी जल्दबाज़ी में लिया गया निर्णय क्या उस बाप को न्याय मिल पाया ??
