High Performance Habits - Habits of Successful People. *Summary* : 1 - have clarity 2 - exercise phisically 3 - raise necessity to your work (see the big picture and think how it can help the world) 4 - increase produtivity by separating important work from the unimportant. Use the Pareto principle. 5 - Don't be afraid of taking risks. Within reason.

Superb video! Really loving your content right now. The psychology of high achievers is actually something I did a video on on my channel GetPsyched. There are a lot of correlations between what we are both saying. The following video I did was how to make habits stick and can see how this is actually part of being a high achiever. Thanks so much for your awesome content!

Me before watching this video: I should figure out how to be more successful and do things more efficiently. Me watching this video: Is actually procrastinating on history homework while watching this.

The video would have been great. Unfortunately, the narrator is talking too fast and the background music does not match with the topic.
