Hello Petra, thank you for your recipes. Today I try to make Granola, and that's so delicious. Thank you for your work, I like your videos, just go on 😉🙂. Hajni, from Hungary.
Yes, definitely! It should keep for at least a month at room temperature (although I prefer storing it in the fridge since it contains nuts and seeds, which are prone to going rancid).
I love anything with buckwheat in it! But I never eat it still green (raw) like this...so all you do is add milk or yogurt? No need to cook or heat in anyway? 💗🙏🌺
The simple answer is "no". However, they do eat predominantly vegan diet because that's what I cook. If my 4-year old goes to a birthday party, I don't ever tell her she can't have the cake because it's not vegan. I bring her own treats and then give her a choice to either eat what I brought or the cake. That's just one example but hopefully it answered your question :)
As Kristy replied, it's a seed commonly referred to as pseudo-grain. The seeds don't need to be cooked or soaked prior to eating. I often toast it, which is delicious!
Absolutely nothing. We eat oats quite often, especially for breakfast. There are lots of breakfast recipes with oats, so I just wanted to make something different. I'm all about variety :)
These are so delicious recipes perfect to have varieties of ideas to healthy and yummy breakfasts, dinners and lunches. Thank you so much. I'm a big fan of you. Cheers from Mexico 😊.
Always look forward to your recipes! Thanks so much for your work and sharing it with us, i know a lot of effort goes into developing these recipes. Your videos are very clear and straightforward, and you explain in detail. Btw, i didn’t know that buckwheat can be eaten raw, i always thought you had to either cook or bake/toast it :)
Thank you so much, Emilye! Your comment means a lot. Yes, you can totally eat buckwheat raw. For the best digestion, you could soak the buckwheat for a few hours first and then dehydrate it.
