hello everyone, i thought that i would make an updated day of eating as it was highly requested and i have been really enjoying cooking lately and trying to maximize health through my diet :) please remember this is just an ideal "what i eat in a day" and that this fluctuates with the flow of life and such. balance is key!

I think honey with sour bread is not crazy just add butter to it and the sourdough must be toasted and it tastes so good also don't eat it on a daily basis if you have some sort of acid reflux or something like that it triggers that😄

Pro tip, cook your oats on live fire ~15min, rather than microwaving? i think it was. Plus add proper butter into it in the end. It’s delicious!

45 gram oats,i scoop of protein powder, 2 teaspoon of cocoa powder, 15 resins, milk or water then blend it and microwave it for 3 to 4 minutes. u have the best simple protein cake. easy try it. u can even emphasize it depending on ingredients

I have to comment on a few things so here they are: - Leading cereal brand may be Corn Flakes for its versatility - I WISH they would ship Skyr to my country it looks SO good and is much better than the brand I'm forced to buy instead - "We did it!
