Recipes-
Taco meat:
2 lbs ground beef
½ tsp salt
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 cup chicken broth or bone broth
Egg bites:
10 large eggs
1 and 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
6 strips cooked bacon or 1 cup bacon bits
2/3 cup shredded parmesan or cheddar chesse
1cup minced mushrooms
Mix ingredients in a large bowl or blend cottage cheese and eggs together in a blender for a smoother consistency then add all other ingredients. Pour into egg cups, bake at 350f for 25 mins.

Chocolate milk:
2 tbsp Cacao powder
1/3 cup Maple syrup
5 cups Milk - I use raw
play with the ingredients if you prefer it less sweet or more chocolatey, blend or shake & enjoy!
