that is balanced....you get some essential vitamins from a few beans, satiation from the fats, and the protein from cheese and eggs with some flavor from the onion.
Actually those few are not awful, and even Atkins said some folks weren’t bothered by legumes. So try them if you want to. I can’t eat them, but some of my low-carb friends can do it and still lose weight.
Carbs are bad for weight loss. Personally, the only reason that I don't lose weight is because I eat a lot of carbs. It still depends on how much you eat though
@@ThePresureThat’s true to some extent however bloating is what we call when we put on weight with water content that carbs hold. But even more alarming factor is that carbs get converted to sugar if we don’t have all day physical work. In that case, sadly yes carbs are bad for health when had more than what is required for our lifestyle
