If u use 100gm soya in this you will get around 500+ calories but it gives you 50g+ protein which is too good 🥴

Sorry to say bro but it is aproox 400 calories of this recipi if you can fry without using oil then you got 300- calories beacause of all ingrediant excluding soya been you get 120 calories and soyabeen is aprrox 160 to 180 so total calories is 400 but if not use of oil then you got 300
