43:00 "(Paultin)'s really famous and cool and I like Nate the most." -Mark Hulmes, while the High Rollers players are discussing the level disparity between themselves and Paultin
@@mightyreborn8071 I actually didn't understand what you meant with that comment till I saw him on the DCA Episode xD Yeah I think Nathan enjoyed it :D
I'm like "Paultin is level 12?", remembering the time he barely could cast invisibility. Then I recall that Nate played him like 140 sessions on stream lol.
Went to this episode after being very confused on the beginning of the maiden voyage episode, when they threw around words like lady dusk willow, thought they did a private session or something.
That was awesome! So much fun to watch. It was great seeing Paultin, missed seeing him. Quill & Aila were a delight. Loved their reactions to everything. Havilar was really cool. Definitely curious about her. Hell hound summons sounds like the best.
That was genuinely a hoot. That was such a fun time. That was one of the best episodes of highrollers I’ve seen in a while. All of them are great but this one made me laugh in a different way than usual :D
Not watched the other show for now but given the fact that DCA is longer on play it's mutal to want that thing you know best.. also I think we wouldn't get that amazing crying Angel with Pluck... just my guess so far will see if I'm right later
Spoiler-free possibly useful timestamps: Intro video - 00:10 Character Introductions - 3:34 Gameplay starts - 5:30 No breaks, no fanart, that's it. Have fun.
Okay small rules things Mark never notices but whatever. Aila can't rage and use her lightning the same turn, and escaping a grapple requires a full action (unless there is a specfic item or ability otherwise mentioned) P.S. In retreospect the fighter's action surge may have been involved with the grapple thing
She can actually use the lightning and rage in the same turn, as the description of the storm aura is that it activates automatically when you rage and then you can activate it again as a bonus action on each of your turns.
