I'm years behind on Aerois (about Christmas 2018 ATM I believe) and it's strange seeing them older and with different hairstyles now, still handsome as ever just jarring jumping 3 years so quickly

I hate it when influencers play sponsored or even new games, because I am easily marketed to and I buy everything that looks mildly entertaining. And this is the perfect example, a bunch of funny people playing a RPG based on an amazing game with a stupidly cute art style, how am I supposed to NOT buy this? I haven't even watched the video yet but I know I am going to love it. Smhing my head thanks for the content.

Same. I think for me its hard to get into aerois when im years behind but i loved the dark souls one shot so i hope they do more one shot content/one off series of games other than dnd (would love to see them continue the dark souls tbh)

Aerois has in my opinion become the most fascinating campaign of all actual play streams that I follow…

@@patrickgebetsroither2969 I have to agree, I find it flows a bit better than many other campaigns. Maybe because Mark does a little bit of railroading when necessary to keep on topic if the PCs stray to far at inopportune times. Which for the record I think is a good thing.

I thought that's what Mark was saying too but the rulebook actually states the faction name is the Marquisate. The Marquis de Cat is the Queen or ruler of the faction, which confused me as well since that was the main name in the board game.

Oh no, this has me ALSO wanting to run a game of ROOT as well as the DSRPG. I've had ideas for both styles for months, and now there's systems that look really fun for both but I can't afford them. Aghhh, Mark, why must you tempt me so!

A rpg based on a boardgame that takes the 90s civil war in Columbia and turns it into a fuzzy fest is weird. Oh look at the cute little woodland creature AUC death squad here to massacre all those bird supporting FARC sympathizers. Maybe afterwards we can move Escobar the Racoon's magic powder through the Bogata woodland clearing to cement a deal with the federal government of cats. The Friskies pate must flow.
