@@theswordofaces1222I realize this is an old post, but in case you never got your answer, according to Adrian Paul, Stan was in unbearable pain due to a botched neck surgery. Still sad, but better than thinking he was just depressed and gave up on life.
@@somerandomdude6377 Thanks for clearing that up. To be honest with you, I had mostly forgotten about it, and didn't think to look it up. I wonder what happened that he needed the surgery...
Why a tard would be immortal anyway? Imagine if he were one of 2 immortals left in the world and the other one should chase him down to win the prize by absorving his retardness.
I hate that Richie got written off the show. Richie was Mac's legacy, just like Dick Grayson is Batman's legacy. When proteges fail to live up to their mentors, I feel like it makes the mentor look bad. Mac is a great teacher, just like Batman is. So Richie should have become The One, or at least, close to it, just like Nightwing should have become the supreme crime-fighter. He definitely shouldn't have gotten beheaded.
@@elaine-fi8cj Well, he died essentially risking his life to save Mac. And he clearly showed in that episode how much he'd grown as a man, I think. He basically believed in Mac when nobody else did and tried to make sure that he wouldn't face his greatest challenge alone. Plus, through Richie we were able to see a lot of Mac's better characteristics. I don't know, I really hate that he got killed off.
@@kforcer He was a supporting cast member that got written off because 1. Season 6 budget cuts 2. The actor was supposed to be playing a biological 19 year old and was almost 30. 3. The audience preferred Mythos as a supporting character over Richie and there was even audience push for a Mythos and Dawson spin-off. Side note: The writers instead wanted a female spinoff and half of season 6 was them trying out different female characters. None of them saw much viewer interest so the writers then chose Amanda who was an established character. She had her own show that lasted all of 1 season due to low interest. There is a fine line between writing your story instead of pandering to the audience AND shoving shit down people`s throat and the creators of the show kind of missed it with the female lead nonsense.
Even though richie is not one of my favorites I still love him I was sad that his character was killed off in season 5 and sad that stan had passed away 😄😀🙂😥😢
@@MikeLutton fans of Richie have created an alternate timeline in which Mac sees Richie, Richie speaks as himself, and Mac recognizes and doesn't take Richie's head which leaves Richie still roaming the streets in 2023.
Me too, but there's a good reason for it. The first sword McLeod gives Richie is the same sword Richie tried to steal in the pilot episode. It's symbolic as Richie finally earned that sword.
i see u are trying to make it in order but u got this one wrong 10:30 this fight is happening after the fight between richie and duncan 13:30 which means duncan is the one responsible for richie killing his friend at 10:30
@@MikeLutton the only part of The Source that counts is when Methos remembers seeing Christ Jesus heal and Preach then calls out Giovanni for not living like the Christian he claimed to be.
I wanna know how long this joke of unimmortal can stand against Conner/Ramirez/Kurgan/Katana/Kane/Kell ? Ritchie is one of the worest of them! There can be only one but not technically inferior. But lets be fair, in 500 or 600 years when he train a lot.
@@stonedandgaming420 it was the end of season 5. Some fans of Richie have created an alternate timeline in which Mac sees Richie, Richie speaks as himself, and Mac recognizes and doesn't take Richie's head which puts Richie in endgame and leaves Richie still roaming the streets in 2023.
Wow imagine if you will this thing called Flynning where it looks impressive and where people with little to no experience with bladed weapons can look good....oh and you know this little thing called *SAFETY*
